San Diego State vs. Connecticut 8:30 ET

Aztecs (+) over Huskies- What can be said about Connecticut that you haven’t already heard or already know and that is they are the best of all this season hands down when it counted. The Huskies were 14-0 on December 30 and ranked No. 1 before starting Big East play. They promptly lost seven of nine and then went untouched until Marquette got them 70-68 in the conference tourney. San Diego State plays really tough defense and never gives you anything easy. They also have something no one else has and is rarely seen today, and that is a veteran senior laden team. A roster that has been together for four and five years. They know each other and are mature enough to handle this moment. Aztecs will keep this close! Take SAN DIEGO STATE!

Alabama-Birmingham vs North Texas State 9:30 ET

mean green eagles (+) over Blazers- UAB lost to North Texas twice this season before taking them down in the USA conference semi-finals and then lost to Florida Atlantic in the Final. The Mean Green looks terrible on offense with more dribbling than ball movement but they are tenuous on defense. They limited Wisconsin to 13 second half points while and shut them out the final 9:07 playing with half and full court pressure and the Badgers missed 15 of their last 16 shots. North Texas is 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings and are 15-6 ATS in their last 21 games at neutral sites! Take NORTH TEXAS!

Utah Valley vs UAB 9:15 ET

Wolverines vs Blazers- An pair of clubs with 28 wins each square off in Las Vegas in the second NIT game at the Orleans. maybe no one know who Utah Valley actually is but they are cover machine and went 22-5 ATS on the year and are 20-7 in their last 27 games against teams with winning records. UAB has been good to me this season and I like the squad as they are 15-7 ATS in their last 22 games at neutral sites but are just 7-15-1 ATS in their last 23 games following an ATS win. Take UTAH VALLEY!

North Texas vs Wisconsin 7:00 ET

Mean Green over Badgers- This is he first NIT Championship for either school but for sure we are more surprised about Wisconsin never having been there. I sort of understand North Texas as they really haven‘t seen on the map since they played football against Mercury Morris and Duane Thomas. It seems strange to me that the Mean Green would be favored as they are not a household name. But they have won 29 games and are 10-3 ATS against wining teams and are 14-6 ATS at neutral sites. Note that Wisconsin is 1-9-2 ATS after a straight-up win. Take NORTH TEXAS

Miami-FL vs Texas 5:05 ET

Longhorns (-) over Hurricanes- A really tough call as Texas has been so good to me and to themselves winning the Big-12 regular season and Playoff Title and have continued their fine play through this tourney. Miami under Jim Larranaga can never really surprise me and to find them here is actually a shock as I firmly believed that Houston was going to be here today. I am sure that he will have his Hurricanes well prepared but the Longhorns have physical qualities that can’t be matter and their overall size has them at an advantage along with their season’s schedule. Longhorns are 7-0-1 ATS in their last eight games against teams wit winning records and 5-0-1 ATS at neutral sites. Take TEXAS!

Connecticut vs Gonzaga 8:45 ET

Bulldogs (+) over Huskies- Crush, romp, stomp and annihilate the opposition that is has been the mantra of the Huskies. Connecticut was called arrogant by some when they arrive in Las Vegas and their response we are not here on vacation. One that may have put them in a foul mood was the condition of the Luxor Hotel which they had to lave because of issues that I won’t mention at this time. Hey, how bout dem Bulldogs...they won the game they wanted over UCLA and many question if thy will have anything left in the tank after their dramatic victory. All the trends and stats point to U Conn but the odds maker thinks not so much. Zags still seeking the title and their third trip to the Final-4. Dog is 3-0-1 ATS in four meetings. Take GONZAGA!

Florida Atlantic vs Kansas State 6:05 ET

Owls (+) over Wildcats- Whoo, whoo, whoo the Owls are calling and are one improbable game away from the Final-4. I know there are so great stories in this NCAA Tournament and Florida Atlantic is one of them with 34 wins the MSG stage in New York City has brought out the best in them.Kansas State has been solid the entire season posting an amazing 23-12 ATS out of the tough Big-12. They defeated Montana State, Kentucky and Michigan State after dropping their final two regular season games. Once again the Owls will rule the roost. Take FLORIDA ATLANTIC!

Princeton vs Creighton 9:00 ET

Bluejays (-) over Tigers-  I am told as we all are that this is the first Sweet-16 appearance for the Ivy’s Princeton and I always thought that Bill Bradly led them to the Final-Four. Creighton is in their second Sweet-16 in the past three years and may be a bit under-seeded as a six having been ranked No. 7 at one time this season.

A 15th seed like another team from New Jersey last year’s St. Peters who made it to the Elite-Eight. Not so for the Tigers who are 6-0 ATS as they made their tournament run but are up against it here. The Bluejays are healthy and 12-3 ATS ATS in their last 15 games at neutral sites and they are at their best right now and they know better then to grab this Tiger by the tale. This will be a different level for the Ivy’s who will go home and say that it has been great.,,take CREIGHTON!

San Diego State vs Alabama 6:30 ET

Aztecs (+) over Crimson Tide- The contrast in styles could not be more evident then when these two take the court against one another. Alabama likes to push the ball down the floor and average 82.8 PPG ranking in the top 10 on offense. San Diego State tries to control the tempo and be deliberate enough to knock those who haven’t been up against it out of sync and lose their timing. I expect that to happen here as Montezuma get his revenge. Take SAN DIEGO STATE!

Florida Atlanta vs Tennessee 9:00 ET

Owls (+) over Volunteers- Tennessee  plays a physical style defense that has them ranked No. 4 allowing just 57.5 PPG and holding opponents to the lowest shooting rate from the field on both 3-point attempts and FG attempts. On offense at time they seem a bit crude ranking 177 while Florida Atlantic playing in just their second NCAA Tournament and first trip to the Sweet-16 is not afraid to shoot the ball and hit 47.2 percent of their FG and 37.8 on 3-point attempts. Losing their top guard has hurt the Vols as they closed the season losing six of 10, tonight it shows. Take FLORIDA ATLANTIC

Arkansas vs Connecticut 7:15 ET

Razorbacks (+) over Huskies- Although I don’t wish to see Arkansas coach Eric Musselman shirtless again I do wish for the Razorbacks to keep it within the number.  After upsetting No. 1 seed Kansas and having swamped Illinois in their opener defense has been the key. Connecticut turned it on in the second half against Iona and repeated the action in the second half against St. Mary’s. Razorbacks are 6-1 ATS in their seven neutral site games this season the same record as the Huskies who are also 18-7-1 ATS in their last 26 NCAA tournament games. Take ARKANSAS!

Michigan State vs Kansas State 6:30 ET

Spartans over Wildcats- When coaches act like Wildcats coach Jerome Tang it shows me that he is surprised to be where he is. Kansas State had finished off Kentucky 75-69 and it marked just the third Sweet-16 trip they had to make in 43 years. Seventh seed Michigan State on the other hand is doing what coach Tom Izzo is known for and that is playing big in big games. His teams have now won a record 16 games in the tourney as a lower seed. This game is in Madison Square Garden where the Spartans played Rutgers this season and lost. But, here they are the lower seed favored over the No. 3 seeded Wildcats. Take MICHIGAN STATE!   

Alabama-Birmingham at Vanderbilt 7:00 ET

Blazers (+) over Commodores- Out of the SEC and with two wins over Kentucky the Vanderbilt Commodores one would expect them to be a stronger favorite at home against a club from the Conference USA that did not qualify for the NCAA Tourney. The Dores are a second seed and UAB the fourth and the odds makers happen to thing that the Blazers on a neutral site would be favored. Blazers won their last six and 14 of 16 and Vandy has won 12 of their last 14 games. Take UAB!

Pittsburgh vs Xavier 12:10 ET

Musketeers (-) over Panthers- Pittsburgh involved in the First-in game defeating Mississippi State and then Iowa State in the opener. The Panthers are an 11 seed and didn’t receive must confidence from the selection committee as they rated the ACC as the weakest major conference. Both the Bulldogs and Cyclones were fraud offensively some thing that Xavier does not have as they are ranked No. 11 averaging 81.1 PPG . The Musketeers will be focused this time around as the battle with No. 14 seed Kennesaw State woke up their senses and they will be ready from the opening whistle as they have always been in the NCAA Tournament going 28-8-2 ATS. Take XAVIER!

Arkansas vs Kansas 5:15 ET

Razorbacks (+) over Jayhawks- Arkansas head coach  Ed Musselman has his talented jumping jacks playing defense as they forced Illinois into 17 turnovers in their easy wire-to-wire win. Kansas as we know has the  and is not happy about being sent into the West while Houston was chosen No. 1 in the Midwest as that is not where they thought they belong. The Jayhawks had a romp over Howard and are 1-4 after a SU win and they will be surprised by the Razorbacks quickness and overall speed. Bill Self is said not to be court-side and that does not help their cause. Hogs are 5-1 ATS at neutral sites. Take ARKANSAS!

Duke vs Tennessee 2:40 ET

Volunteers (+) over Blue Devils- I’ve seen a lot of money come in on the Blue Devils the past few days and wit them riding a 10-game winning streak we can understand why. I have been told that Duke under first year coach Jon Scheyer that they are 18-1 when having a healthy roster.  the Blue Devils crushed Oral Robert on their opener while Tennessee slept-walked through their battle with Louisiana winning 58-55. The Volunteers committed 18turnover and know that they were lucky to escape. Now, here comes the No. 4 defense in the Nation allowing only 57.5 PPG who have beaten Texas, Alabama, Arkansas and held Auburn to 43 points.. This squad plays better defense and that will be the difference. Take TENNESSEE!

Furman vs San Diego State 12:10 ET

Aztecs (-) over Paladins- It may not have been the upset of the century but Furman’s win out of the 3 hole was significant enough over an over-rated No. 4 Virginia. Many around here thought that the Cavaliers have been given more resect than what they deserve as they were ranked as high as 6. The celebration was a bit much and they will be taken back by how aggressive the Aztecs defense will be and how deliberate their offense is going to be. SDS was lucky to win much less cover against Charleston and will be putting pressure on the Paladins from the get-go. Take SAN DIEGO STATE!

Florida Atlantic vs Memphis 9:20 ET

Owls (+) over Tigers- This will be just the second time Florid Atlantic has made it to the NCAAs and it has been 21 years since they lost to Alabama. The Owls are ranked in the Top-5 for the first time in school history and with 31 wins and only three losses they belong there. After watching Memphis just run away from Houston for the Conference USA championship I am shocked they the Tigers are seeded No. 8 and such a small favorite against a virtual unknown. Think of this these two clubs have meet once before and be it a long time ago Memphis crushed the Owls 96-46. I know FAU won 31 games but does anybody really know who they are...not the Tigers. Take FLORIDA ATLANTIC!

Drake vs Miami-FL 7:25 ET

Bulldogs (+) over Hurricanes- I am not pleased with all the attention Drake has been receiving because well, they are better the most thought and Miami may be hurting. The Bulldogs won 13 of 14 while winning the Missouri Valley Conference Champions while the Hurricanes won a share of the ACC regular season title but fell to Duke in the tourney. Miami does not defend the long ball very well and that is the biggest asset for the Bulldogs is their 3-point shooting. Why is the No. 5 seed in a virtual pick it situation. Take DRAKE!

Providence vs Kentucky 7:10 ET

Friars (+) over Wildcats- Last year in the Tourney Kentucky was shocked by Saint Peter’s in the first round and Bryce Hopkins was on the court for the Wildcats. So what’s the big deal, well tonight he will be on the court playing for Providence  after earning first team All-Big East honors. The Friars who have dropped four of their last five are 0-3 lifetime against the Wildcats but made to the Sweet-16 last season. The Wildcats are just 3-14 ATS in their 17 games at neutral sites. Take PROVIDENCE!

USC vs Michigan State 12:15 ET

Trojans (+) over Spartans- Michigan Sate under coach Tom Izzo is playing will be playing in the NCAA Tournament for the 25th straight year the first men’s coach to accomplish that feat. USC on the other hand has made the NCAA tourney three straight times, only the second time that they have been able to achieve that. The Trojans are better rated on both offense and defense and yet are the underdogs due to reputation more than talent. USC is 7-2 ATS in their last nine NCAA tournament games while the Spartans are 1-4 ATS at neutral sites. Take SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA!

Illinois vs Arkansas 4:30 ET

Fighting Illini (+) over Razorbacks- As I said many a time this season when I saw Illinois play while ranked No. 6 that this team has no shot. I was right as they played their way out of the Top-25.v Arkansas has shown that they can play with the big boys but it seems that there is something missing as they dropped four of their last five. Razorbacks are 1-5 ATS in their last six NCAA appearances and they are is 0-5 all-time against Illinois but this is the first meeting since 2004. Take ILLINOIS!  

Oklahoma State at Youngstown State 7:00 ET

Penguins (-) over Cowboys- Okay, I’ll let you tell me...how can a Big-12 team that was the first team left out of the selection process for the NCAA be this big a favorite to a team that lost to Northern Kentucky in the Horizon League tournament final. First out in the NCAA (never in) and first out in the NIT. Part of the issue is that the NIT overall No.1 seed will not be hosting this game as previous commitments and conflicts with a wrestling tournament (not the WWE). But, the true problem is the Cowboys mindset and it is not good. Didn’t make the NCAAs and are seeded No. 1 in NIT but must play on the road. Take YOUNGSTOWN STATE!

Villanova at Liberty 9:00 ET

Flames (-) over Wildcats- Whoa, I know that the wildcats have not had the best of it this season but for a Big East team to come up an underdog against Liberty is shocking to the eye. I originally thought it was a kiss print but no and their is no way to take Villanova. Liberty came with one point of receiving a bid from the NCAA but earned its first NIT offer. I don’t know what the story is here, but the Flames will burn the Wildcats. take LIBERTY!

Penn State vs Purdue 3:30 ET

Nittany Lions (+) over Boilermakers- Penn State is the No. 10 seed and if they succeed and win here it will be their first Big Ten title and the lowest seed ever to win the Conference title. They were in the finals just one other time losing to Ohio State in 2011while Purdue has one title under their belt defeating Ohio State. So it appears that fresh blood will be a winner this time around. The Lions are 33-15-5 ATS in their last 55 neutral sight games. The  Boilermakers are 0-6 ATS in their last six games against teams with winning records (the Buckeyes were under .500). Take PENN STATE!

Arizona vs UCLA 10:30 ET

Wildcats (+) over Bruins- Everybody knew that it would come down to this as these are and have been the two best teams in the PAC-12 and no one is surprised to see them meet in the conference finals. These two split their season series but the Wildcats have gotten the money three of the last four meets. Wildcats are 8-2 ATS against teams winning more than 60% and the Bruins are 15-5-1 after a SU win. I still believe UCLA is a bit over-rated. Take ARIZONA!

Texas vs Kansas 6:00 ET

Longhorns (+) over Jayhawks- Both of these clubs took me to task yesterday as I foolishly posted against both of these clubs and today we atone for our short shortsightedness. Texas has played through the entire season with off court distraction losing their coach early on to more social issuers which were later dropped. These two split their season series each holding serve on their home floor and they have split meetings the past two seasons. In what should be a great battle we’ll hook em here. Take TEXAS!

Maryland vs Indiana 9:30 ET

Terrapins (+) over Hoosiers- My how the years do go by as I remember when Indiana was the bully in the Big Ten and Maryland was playing for National Championships out of the Atlantic Coast Conference. But, believe it or not the Hoosiers have appeared in just one Big Ten championship game since 1998 losing to Iowa in 2001. The Terps defeated Indiana at home 66-55 six weeks ago and they will remember how it is done. Take MARYLAND!

Iowa State vs Kansas 6:30 ET

Cyclones (+) over Jayhawks- How much does Bill Self mean to the Jayhawks during a game? Not as much as T.J. Otzelberger means to Iowa State. Kansas won eight times in the last nine outings and this will be the second straight without him. For the Cyclones who started the action like a whirl wind only to sump mid-season and have once against risen their play and it is all defense. T.J. has them focused and surprise here. Take IOWA STATE!

Rutgers vs Purdue 12:00 ET

Scarlet Knights (+) over Boilermakers- Purdue was ranked No.1 longer than any other school and will still likely draw a No. 1 seed. When they topped the polls at 22-1 their only defeat came at the hands of the Scarlet Knights 65-64 in West Lafayette on January 2. Rutgers did what they do best as the Wolverines found out yesterday they play defense. They held the  Boilermakers to under 40% from the field and forced 13 turnovers. Guess what go ahead that a guess...Okay well that was Rutgers second program win over a No. 1 ranked team as they had beaten Purdue as No. 1 in December 2021. When a team has your number the have your number and the number for Purdue is up once again. Take RUTGERS!

TCU vs Kansas State 9:30 ET

Horned Frogs (-) over Wildcats- Here we go in a huge match-up where the pollsters and the odds makers have a strong difference of opinion. Sort of like the Georgia/TCU championship game (Just an example). Kansas State is ranked No. 12 and have been Big-12 point spread darlings for a good part of the year. TCU is ranked No. 22 but comes up the favorite in Kansas City as the odds makers are taking a stand. TCU closed with a blowout loss at Oklahoma but are 15-5-1 ATS after a SU loss. Take TEXAS CHRISTIAN!

Rutgers vs Michigan 12:00

Scarlet Knights (+) over Wolverines- Like the man said many of these game as play-in games needed to win to get in but there are  others like this one where the winner is not guaranteed anything while the loser is definitely run out of opportunities. Rutgers won early in Big Ten action and then for time it seemed that the conference caught up with them as playing 20 Conference games can be grueling. Rutgers defense will far out shine anything the Wolverines and do on offense as the Scarlet Knights are ranked No. 9 only allowing 60.4 PPG. The underdog is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Take RUTGERS!

Ohio State vs. Wisconsin 6:30 ET

Buckeyes (-) over Badgers- When I first saw this match-up my thoughts were that the Badgers are a tougher group. I mean Ohio State has won just once of 11 road games and that was on New Years Day at Northwestern. Many believe that Wisconsin is on the bubble while Ohio State win have to win five straight. Okay, here is the rub in this one. The Badgers with a better record and a higher seed are an underdog and this after having defeated the Buckeyes on their own floor. Looks like they have made the wrong team the favorite and the favorite is 15-7 ATS in the last 22 meetings and this is not a mistake. Take OHIO STATE!

Notre Dame vs Virginia Tech 7:00 ET

Hokies (-) over Fighting Irish- The ACC Tournament is in Greensboro, NC which lends no advantage to either side. Virginia Tech is not of the same stature of recent edition but Notre Dame is just dreadful. The Hokies who defeated Duke in the ACC final last season are seeded No. 11 this year while the Fighting Irish are seeded No.14 and have lost eight of their last nine as Mike Brey remains coach for his last game. ND is 4-9 ATS in neutral sites while VT likes to beat up on the little guys and are 20-6 ATS in their last 26 games against teams with  a winning percentage below 40%. Add that the favorite is 8-1 ATS in the last nine meetings. Take VIRGINIA TECH!

San Francisco vs Gonzaga 11:30 ET

Bulldogs (-) over Dons- San Francisco has already won a pair of WCC tourney games including a 93-87 double-overtime win over Santa Clara Saturday night. they are 4-12-1 ATS after scoring 90 points in their previous game and they are 10-23 ATS after a SU win. The Dons must now face the Bulldogs who are the No. 2 seed and a team that they have lost to 26 straight times including twice this season. The beat goes on...take GONZAGA!

Michigan at Indiana 4:30 ET

Wolverines (+) over Hoosiers- I knew that it would come down to this game and so did both the Wolverines and Hoosiers. Michigan is on the bubble as they have been all season and all those close losses and overtime defeats will not mean a thing if they do not win somewhere. This would be a great spot for that as No. 15 Indiana is 14-2 SU at home. Wolves 4-0 ATS in their last four road games and the road team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings. Take MICHIGAN!

Illinois at Purdue 12:30 ET

Boilermakers (-) over Fighting Illini- I know that Purdue has won the Big Ten regular season title and will have a double-bye 2hen the conference tourney starts while Illinois is in a log-jam with five other teams tied for second. Purdue is just 3-4 since losing to arch rival Indiana as their 3-point shot has deserted them. The Boilermakers won last year in over-tine as Zach Edey was the difference and I expect more of the same Sunday as the home team is 7-2-1 ATS in the last 10 meetings. Take PURDUE!  

Kansas at Texas 4:00 ET

Longhorns over Jayhawks- No. 3 Kansas has won the Big-12 regular season title and will be traveling to Austin the face No. 9 Texas. The Longhorns would have had a shot at the title except for their loss a TCU last time out and at Baylor the games before that. The Longhorns are 7-1 ATS in games after a SU loss. In the first meeting the Jayhawks used the home court to advantage and won 88-80. The home team is 30-1 ATS in the last four meetings. Take TEXAS!

Washington State at Washington 11:00 ET

Cougars over Huskies- Now, let us look at this match-up closely. Here is Washington State at 15-15 on the road against their arc rival Washington who is 16-14 (not much difference so far) and favored. Here’s the rum, the Cougars are just 3-8 SU and ATS on the road and the Huskies are 12-5 SU at home. Granted State has won their last five to bring themselves to .500 and the Huskies have lost five of the last seven meetings. With the road team 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings I’ll follow that trend. Take WASHINGTON STATE!

Maryland at Ohio State 7:00 ET

Buckeyes (+) over Terrapins- No. 21 Maryland is 11-7 in Big Ten action including a stellar 10-0 at home which means that they have won just one of eight on the road. Ohio State just won a game at home on Sunday after losing nine straight and 14 of 15 overall. Finally with a win under their belt the Buckeyes are feeling better about themselves and look to ambush the Terrapins who defeated them 80-73 in early January. The home team is 6-1 ATS in the last seven meetings and they get the money here. Take OHIO STATE!

Baylor at Oklahoma State 9:00 ET

Cowboys (+) over Bears- Boy does this line look bogus or what! Here is No. 9 Baylor off a huge comeback win over Texas on Saturday. Oklahoma State on the other hand is moving in the opposite direction at this time having lost their last four and seem to have played themselves off the bubble. The Bears won the first meeting easily 74-58 as a 7.5-point favorite their only cover in the last five meetings between the two. The Cowboys are 11-4 SU in their last 15 home games and the underdog is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Baylor has not been their best on the road where they are 4-5 SU overall and 1-3-1 ATS in their last five games away fro Waco. Take OKLAHOMA STATE!

Rutgers at Penn State 6:30 ET

Scarlet Knights (+) over Nittany Lions- Both of these clubs are 17-11 overall with Rutgers have a one-game edge in Big Ten play but both will need a strong finish to qualify for the Big Dance. Penn State has won their last three after a 4-game losing streak to start the Month while Rutgers is off a loss at home to Michigan and have dropped four of their last five overall. The Scarlet Knights are 9-3-1 ATS after a double digit home loss and 9-3 ATS against teams with winning records. Also note that the underdog is 5-2-1 ATS in the last eight meetings. Take RUTGERS!

Auburn at Kentucky 4:00 ET

Tigers and Wildcats- Auburn coach Bruce Pearl is supposed to be one of the better college basketball coaches in the nation and yet his Tigers have lost to the Wildcats in Kentucky 19 straight times and are 2-50 SU lifetime in Rupp Arena. (As my dearly departed from Larry Ness would say ‘How bout dat!’ The Tigers have lost 4-of-6 and are in need of a quick turnaround. Still, already with nine losses Kentucky is now cut from their usual cloth as they ranked 114th on both offense and defense and that doesn’t make the grade. The Tigers defense will  show up as they allow 10 less points per game than do the Wildcats and that will spell the difference.Take AUBURN!

Texas A&M at Mississippi State 3:00 ET

Bulldogs (+) over Aggies- Texas A&M was a Megabucks winner for us all on Tuesday defeating No. 11 Tennessee for their sixth straight win as they are determined not to get shut over of the Big Dance like last season despite 23 victories. The Aggies are 12-3 in SEC action and the Bulldogs need every win (19) they can get to sneak into the tourney. Mississippi State has won six of eight after a 4-game losing streak and are 10-4 SU at home. The Aggies are 12-3 ATS in their last 15 road games and are 23-9 ATS against teams with 60% or better winning percentage and the Dogs are 4-10-1 ATS in their last 15 home games.Take TEXAS A&M!

Oklahoma at Iowa State 12:00 ET

Cyclones (+) over Sooners- What has happened to the Cyclones? After posting early impressive victories they have dropped four of five and six of the last eight including their last two at Kansas State and Texas and return home to host Oklahoma. The Sooners haven’t done any better as they have lost six of their last seven and are off a home drubbing by Texas Tech. with only three Big-12 wins the Sooners have one shinning moment a 24-point win over No. 1 Alabama in the Big-12/SEC showdown and have lost their next four games by a total of 75 points. Iowa State nipped OK 63-60 in Lawton but is 2-8 ATS in their last 10 games. It is time for the Sooners to come and play and give a struggling club all that it cam handle. Take OKLAHOMA!

Xavier at Seton Hall 7:00 ER

Musketeers (-) over Pirates- No. 16 Xavier like so many ranked teams have done have hit a rough patch and have lost three of their last four and all three of the last road games including blowing a 13-point lead against lowly Villanova last time out and their downturn continues here. The Musketeers are 9-3-1 ATS after a loss and the visitor is 8-0 ATS in the lat eight meetings. But the Pirates are 10-4 at home and the underdog is 14-2 ATS in the last 16 meetings. Take SETON HALL!

Northwestern at Illinois 9:00 ET

Fighting Illini (-) over Wildcats- No. 21 ranked Northwestern is a sizable underdog to un-ranked Illinois who was at the season’s start was ranked in the Top-10. (right and North Carolina was ranked No. 1) The Wildcats are off a rout over Iowa and are looking for a season sweep of the Illini. In the first meeting a 73-60 win at home Northwestern made 32 of 40 free throw attempts while Illinois was 6-of-10. That shit reverses it’s self tonight. Take ILLINOIS!

Vanderbilt at LSU 7:00 ET

Tigers (+) over Commodores- Vanderbilt is on their longest five streak in eight years as they have captured five straight wins while LSU has lost 14 straight after starting winning 11 of 12 non-conference games and opened the SEC season with a win over then No. 9 Arkansas. The numbers are ugly for the Tigers but the home team is 5-0-1 ATS in the last six meetings and should get the money here. Take LSU!

Texas Tech at Oklahoma 9:00 ET

Red Raiders (+) over Sooners- Tech Tech lost heir first eight Big-12 contests but are making a rally as they have now won three in-a-row including wins over ranked  teams with victories over No. 12 Kansas State and No. 6 Texas. Oklahoma who is under .500 just lost an overtime battle against Texas as they have dropped eight of their last 10 with just three point spread covers in their last 111 games. Red Raiders are 4-0 ATS in their last four games and the dog is 7-1 ATS in the last eight meetings. Take TEXAS TECH!

Kansas at TCU 9:00 ET

Horned Frogs over Jayhawks- Kansas defeated Baylor and us Saturday with a second half comeback for the ages as they won by 16 point after trailing by 17 points. TCU meanwhile finally broken back into the win column with the return of star Mike Miles Jr. TCU won the first meeting easily 83-60 and the Jayhawks are looking to atone for that performance but will find the going tough one again. Frogs are 9-2-1 ATS at home and get the money here. Take TEXAS CHRISTIAN!

Iowa at Northwestern 6:30 ET

Hawkeyes over Wildcats- This just looks wrong to me. Northwestern has a record that is two games better overall then Iowa and one-game better in Bug Ten action, yet they have been deemed an underdogs at home. But, the Hawkeyes have won three in-a-row and five of six after an 0-3 Big Ten start. The opening favorite is 6-0 ATS in the last six meetings and they number say it will happen again. The Wildcats play a tougher brand of defense but the Hawkeyes can put the ball in the hoop averaging 81 PPG ranking 18th. Take IOWA!

Iowa State at Kansas State 

Cyclones Wildcats- believe it or not the Big-12 is one of the better basketball conferences in the nation and teams like these are among conference leaders because of the great balance. Both of these clubs have fallen off their quick pace as Kansas State has lost five of seven and the Cyclones haven’t won two in-a-row since early January. Iowa State has struggled on the road but as they say defense travels well in big games and this is big for both sides. The road team and the under are both 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Cats 11-3 ATS in their last 14 against teams with winning records. Take IOWA STATE!  

Purdue at Maryland 6:30 ET

Terrapins (+) over Boilermakers- Since the Boilermakers established a school record by winning 22 of their first 23 games they have dropped two-of-three. Purdue eked out a 58-55 win at Maryland three weeks ago and the Terrapins are looking to use their strong home court advantage where they are 13-1 SU and look to extract a measure of revenge here. The Boilermakers are 1-3-1 ATS in the road games against winning teams. Take MARYLAND!  

Alabama at Tennessee 7:00 ET

Volunteers over Crimson Tide- The is No.1 and they should be as they have probably played the best basketball overall among their peers. After a shattering loss at Oklahoma Alabama bounced back with a crushing win over Vanderbilt 101-44 as the shot 59% from the floor and then posted 10 and 29-points wins over LSU and Florida before taking down rival Auburn 77-69. Tennessee who handled Texas the day after the Tide loss has gone in the opposite direction losing 3-of-4 going 0-4 ATS with their win coming over Auburn as 46-43. If the tides and time have worked for us the Volunteers should be ready to play. So, here is the nation’s No.1 team an underdog to a struggling club that has had consecutive one-point losses to Vanderbilt and Missouri. Take TENNESSEE!

Creighton at Providence 7:00 ET

Bluejays (-) over Friars- Creighton opened the season with six straight victories and then hit a wall and lost their next six and have now won eight straight in Big East play and is moving up the charts. Not so much for Providence who is off a loss to Connecticut and has dropped 2 of 3 while splitting their last eight. The Bluejays are feeling it and are 9-3 ATS on the road against winning teams. The Friars have little depth and their bench was out-scored 23-4 against lowly St. Johns. Take CREIGHTON!

Texas at Texas Tech 9:00 ET

Red Raiders (+) over Longhorns- Texas Tech is just 1-game over .500 on the year but they rise when playing top ranked teams as they have wins over No. 12 Kansas State and No. 13 Iowa State. No 5 Texas is off a 94-60 beat down of West Virginia and they are 7-20 ATS after a SU win. The Longhorns eked out a 72-70 home win in the first meeting this season in Austin but are 3-8 ATS in their last 11 road games  and the underdog is 10-4 ATS in the last 14 meetings. Take TEXAS TECH!

Purdue at Northwestern 2;00 ET

Wildcats (+) over Purdue- The Northwestern Cagers are much like their football counterparts and that is to say that they are always under-rated. Purdue of course is ranked No. 1 and they are not over-rated as their 7-foot-4 center Zach Edey leads their way not only on offense but defensively as his 14 rebounds and five blocked shots against Iowa last time out. The Wildcats are off a pair of road wins over Wisconsin and Ohio State and they return home to host the No.1 team and will have a Super Sunday. Take NORTHWESTERN!

Indiana at Michigan 6:00 ET

Hoosiers (+) over Wolverines- Now that Michigan has won three straight games the faithful are taking a deep run into the post season. But, they should think of who they defeated...the likes of Nebraska, Northwestern and Ohio State who are not exactly powerhouses. The Wolves are 9-22 ATS i their last 23 games after a win. Indiana has won their last two including a victory over No. 1 Purdue and seven of eight overall. The Hoosiers are 6-1 ATS in their last seven games against teams with winning records and the underdog is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings. Take INDIANA!

Rutgers at Illinois 2:00 ET

Scarlet Knights (+) over Fighting Illini- Illinois has been one of the more disappointing team sin the Big Ten this season and have fallen out of the Top-25. Once ranked in the Top-10 the Illini have not played since their 81-79 loss but cover at Iowa. The Scarlet Knights trail all-time in the series 10-4 but have won three of the last four and get the money today. Take RUTGERS!

Iowa at Purdue 7:00 ET

Hawkeyes (+) over Boilermakers- Purdue maintains their No. 1 ranked position despite losing at Indiana on Saturday ans are 22-2 on the year. Iowa has picked up their pace winning their last three and seven of their past nine. The Hawkeyes are 6-1 ATS against teams winning 60% or more and the road team is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings. Purdue is 4-12-3 ATS after a SU loss. Take IOWA!

Wisconsin at Penn State 8:30 ET

Badgers (+) over Nittany Lions- Wisconsin is a team that has relied on defense the past three decades and have provided at least a moderate offense. This season their offense is so weak that even their reliable defense is suffering. The Badgers defeated the Lions 63-60 at home ending a three game losing streak and now have dropped four of the next five. Penn State is fallen off the pace and have lost six of their last nine. This is a team the Badgers know they can beat and the underdog is 20-6 ATS in the last 26 meetings and the road team is7-2 ATS in the last nine. Taker WISCONSIN!

Iowa State at West Virginia 7:00 ET

Cyclones (+) over Mountaineers- West Virginia Coach and former police officer has his hands full this season trying to discipline some of his more excitable players whose behavior on and off the court has been deplorable (How’s dat Hillary). The Mountaineers have won three of their last four including a 93-61 rout of Oklahoma on Saturday. Iowa State under T.J. Otzelberger has instilled a defensive mine set that has the Cyclone defense forcing turnovers and allowing just 61 PPG ranked No. 13 in the nation. The Mountaineers are just 4-6 SU at home and are just 4-9 ATS in their last 13 games overall. Take IOWA STATE!

Auburn at Texas A&M 7:00 ET

Tigers (+) over Aggies- Auburn has fallen out of the Top-25 after losing to Tennessee Saturday in what coach Bruce Pearl called their worst shooting night of the year a disappointment as they held the Volunteers to 27% shooting from the floor and still got beat 46-43. The Aggies are coming off their best shooting game of the season pounding Georgia 82-57 hitting 50% of the shots. Both clubs should move toward the middle after their extreme performances. The road team is 13-4 ATS in the last 17 meetings. Take AUBURN!

Texas at Kansas

Longhorns (+) over Jayhawks- How about this when Kansas lost to Iowa State (Early-Bird) winner they dropped four of five in conference play for the first time in 34 years. We were pleased with that result and even happier with our Megabucks winner Texas coming-from-behind to defeat Kansas State. Since Chris Beard beat-up his girl friend and was relieved of his coaching duties the Longhorns are 12-3 and 4-1 ATS in their last five games overall. Jayhawks are just 1-5 ATS in their last six home games and the road teams is 12-4-1 ATS in the last 17 meetings. Take TEXAS!

Northwestern at Wisconsin 6:30 ET

Wildcats (+)v over Badgers- One huge difference between this years Wisconsin teams of the past 22 of the last 23 made it to the Big Dance and this season they probably will fall short because of their offensive woes. Even in their 65-60 victory at Ohio State on Thursday they went the final 7:18 without scoring a field goal. The Wildcats who have made only one NCAA Tournament appearance in 2017 have 15 wins and snapped their seven game losing streak against Wisconsin with a 66-63 home win over the Badgers and haven’t swept the series since 1996 (Jeter’s rookie year). The fact of the matter is that the Wildcats player better defense and shoot the ball better and get the win here. Badgers are 1-7 ATS against teams with winning records. Take NORTHWESTERN!

Texas at Kansas State 4:00 ET

Longhorns over Wildcats- Its been a great run for Kansas State bt I believe the early season flash has faded and that they are a go against club right now. It is sort like the woke up and said ‘What are we doing here!’...Texas has won six of seven since falling to Kansas State 116-103 in the highest scoring game in K State history and it will not repeat itself. The lack of a balanced offense is the Wildcats weakness and the Longhorns will exploit it. Take TEXAS!  

Kansas at Iowa State 12:00 ET

Cyclones (+) over Jayhawks- Kansas hold a serious lifetime advantage (189-66) over Iowa State and that is always a concern but this Cyclone team is well coached and takes pride in their defense. After dropping five straight to the number and three games straight-up the Jayhawks have gotten it together with a part of convincing wins over Kentucky and Kansas State. They gained a measure of revenge against the Wildcats having lost in their first meeting. That’s the case with the Cyclones here who were beaten by the Jayhawks 62-60 on Jan.14 and will now even the score. Take IOWA STATE!

Loyola Marymount at BYU 9:00 ET

Lions (+) over Cougars- Lions have four four in-a-row awhile BYU has dropped their last three. I believe that Loyola is a better team but they fall short at the free throw line where as a team they only made 66.7%. The big advantage for the Cougars is the history of the series. The favorite is 8-1 ATS in the last nine meetings and the home teams is 4-0 ATS in last four meetings. BYU is 6-2 ATS in their last eight home games awhile ULM are 3-1-1 ATS on the road. Take MARYMOUNT!

Tennessee at Florida 7:00 ET

Gators (+) over Volunteers- No. 2 Tennessee has the No.1 overall defense in NCAA action allowing just 54.4 PPG and are also No. 1 in field goal shooting defense holding opponents to 34.5% shooting. Florida who is off a 64-50 loss at Kansas State play pretty tough defense themselves ranking No. 8 in defensive efficiency leading the SEC in blocking shots per game. The Vols have won seven of the last eight meetings but the home team is 10-32 ATS in the last 12 meetings and aside from their loss to the Wildcats the Gators are 5-1 ASTS in their last six games overall. Take FLORIDA!  

Virginia Tech at Miami 7:00 ET

Hokies (+) over Hurricanes-Virginia Tech has one player that they can not be without and that is guard Hunter Cattoor who when missing from the lineup the Hokies are win-less. He will be ready tonight for Tech who is 5-1 ATS in their last six games following a straight up win. After a 13-1 start Miami has dropped four of seven alternating wins and losses. The Hurricanes are under-sized and he just one offensive rebound against Pittsburgh last time out as they blew an eight-point lead with just 2:26 remaining in the game. Take VIRGINIA TECH!

Rutgers at Iowa 2:00 ET

Scarlet Knights (+) over Hawkeyes- Rutgers has put the Big Ten on notice that they are a team to reckon with as they are now 6-3 in conference play with a win over then No. 1 and undefeated Purdue . One of the Scarlet Knights losses came at home against Iowa 76-65 the Hawkeyes shot lights out making 12 of 27 30-pointers. The Knights are 8-2 ATS in their last 10 games overall and the underdogs is 9-2-1 ATS in the last 12 meetings. Looking for modest revenge take RUTGERS!

Florida at Kansas State  6:00 ET

Gators (+) over Wildcats- This is one of those SEC/Big-12 Challenge contests where it really doesn’t effect the standing in conference play for either side. Considering that No. 5 Kansas State has already accomplished this season and I believe this line is a bit short as the Gators are a mid-land 12-8. Florida will need a big push in the rest of the season to qualify for the Big Dance and a win here would go a long way. Wildcats are 11-0 SU and 8-3 ATS at home but the Gators are 5-0 ATS away from the Swamp. Take FLORIDA!

Illinois at Wisconsin 3:00 ET

Badgers (+) over Illini- On my goodness a dream come true...well, at least the way this one sets up. Wisconsin who I have said is an impostor (they can’t shoot)  the pollsters had them at No. 14 but know they aren’t that good and promptly has lost five of six. Illinois as I also said was over-rated at the season’s start but have been playing better ball of late winning five of six including a 79-69 home Power Play win (-7.5) over these Badgers. Wisconsin had won 15 in-a-row in this series but have now dropped the last five straight-up. Badgers are 0-9 ATS in their last nine overall and haven’t cover a points spread since an OT win at Ohio State on Dec. 11. They win here! Take revenge...WISCONSIN!

Air Force at New Mexico 10:00 ET

Lobos (-) over Falcons- They call it, The Pit and for good reason as New Mexico has one of the strongest home court advantages of any NCCA basketball venue. The Lobos are 13-1 straight-up at home with their lime loss coming at the hands of UNLV back on Jan 7, but they have won their last three as hosts and are 8-3 ATS in their last 11 as hosts. Air Force will have problems with the Lobos No. 14 ranked offense averaging 82.5 while the Falcons undermanned club scores just 68 PPG. Take NEW MEXICO!

Iowa at Michigan State 7:00 ET

Hawkeyes (+) over Spartans- These two clubs started the season differently and now are moving in different directions. Iowa who was 8-6 on the season had won four in-a-row until getting pummeled in the second half against Ohio State and surrendered the most points allowed this season losing 93-77. The Hawkeyes are 7-1 ATS after allowing 90 or more points the previous game. Michigan State has lost 3-of-4 including an 82-69 beating at Indiana on Sunday.The Spartans forward Malik Hall has miss the last three games due to a foot injury and will be out again tonight. The road team is 4-1 ATS in the last five meetings but the Spartans are 5-0 ATS in their last five home games. No matter...take IOWA!

Texas A&M and Auburn 9:00 ET

Aggies (+) over Tigers- Auburn is supposed to be red hot as they return home after a two-game road sweep and have won five straight and seven of eight. The Tigers have the nation’s longest home winning streak having won 29 straight as hosts and at 6-1 in the SEC trail Alabama (7-0) for the top spot in the conference and A&M after their loss at Kentucky are 5-1. Texas A&M has played well on the road and are 5-1 ATS in last six away games and the road team is 12-4 ATS in the last 16 meetings. The Tigers are just 6-17 ATS following a SU win. Take TEXAS A&M!

Ohio State at Illinois 7:00 ET

Buckeyes (+) over Illini- Both of these Big Ten squads have be considered a disappointment at this point of the season. Illinois was ranked as high as No. 6 during the early season polls but haven’t play like even a Top-10 or 20 team already having lost six games including a 80-65 home loss to Indiana last Thursday and have been sitting home rehashing the last four days. Ohio State had lost five in-a-row until their 93-77 home win over Iowa Saturday bringing their home record to 8-2. On the road the Buckeyes are 1-4 SU and ATS and the 5-2 ATS in the last seven meetings. road team is 4-0 ATS in the last four meetings. Take OHIO STATE!

Virginia Tech at Clemson 6:00 ET

Hokies (+) over Tigers- Okay here it is! There is some kind of business (money business for the Tigers to open just a two-point favorite. Let us review the facts. Clemson who in 70 years in he ACC has one just one regular season title and no ACC Playoff titles is leading the conference (7-1) and is a perfect 10-0 at home. Now, the down trodden Virginia Tech is 0-6 on the road for the season and have lost their last six games overall and haven’t defeated a Division I school since Dec 11. So, why are the Conference leaders such a meager favorite at home against this pitiful club...I sure hope they are doing business...Money Business (otherwise we have no shot). Expect something unusual it is our only hope. Take VIRGINIA TECH!

 Syracuse at Georgia Tech 12:00 ET

Yellow Jackets (+) over Orange- The Engineers from Georgia Tech better figure a way to get the ball into the basket. On a 4-game losing streak and 6-of-7 the Yellow Jackets come off one of the more abysmal shooting performances by anyone this season making just 2-of-21 from beyond the arc against NC State Tuesday. This is the third straight home game for Tech and they have had four days of shoot-arounds to sharpen their eyes. Syracuse who is nothing special this season blew an 11-point lead at No. 17 Miami losing 82-78 on Monday. The underdog is 8-3 ATS in the last 11 meetings. Take GEORGIA TECH!  

Boise State at New Mexico 11:00 ET

Broncos (+) over Lobos- I’ll always remember my first college basketball game at Madison Square Garden when I was 10 years old and the New Mexico Lobos were first team introduced and I learned that a Lobo was a dog of some sort. But this year’s cage club are not dogs as they average 81.9 PPG ranking No. 16 and are a stellar 11-6-1 ATS on the season. Their nemesis today plays a different style of basketball as they are ranked No. 15 on defense allowing just 60.6 PPG and are an even more impressive 12-5-1 ATS this season. When push comes to shove it is more difficult for an offensive to to slow down when facing a deliberate style offense. Take BOISE STATE!   

Rutgers at Michigan State 6:30 ET

Spartans over Scarlet Knights- The Spartans are looking to rebound after a pair of losses at Illinois and against Purdue at home falling 64-63. Prior to those setbacks Michigan State had won seven-in-a-row. Rutgers has become a formidable foe in the Big Ten having defeated then No. 1 Purdue and Ohio State and they are 6-1 ATS after a SU loss. The Scarlet Knights have won the last two meetings but prior to that the Spartans won the first 11 meetings. Knights 7-0 ATS against team winning 60% or better. Take RUTGERS!

Arkansas at Missouri 9:00 ET

Razorbacks (+) over Tigers- The SEC has been tough for both these clubs since the New Year as they have lost their last four games between them. Arkansas lost twice by double-digits at home to Alabama and at Vanderbilt (Power Play winner) while the Aggies lost at Missouri and at Florida. The Razorbacks open their seasons slowly of late but still managed reach the Elite-Eight in both of the past two years. Missouri started the season hot going 13-2 SU but have already started to fade. Take ARKANSAS!

Texas at Iowa State 8:00 ET

Longhorns over Cyclones- Boy, I hate to do this as I really like what’s going on in Ames as TJ Otzelberger has No. 14 Iowa State (13-3, 4-1) playing a tough style of defense that allows just 57.9 PPG ranking No. 7 nationally. This of course translates to ATS wins as the Cyclones are 11-5 ATS on the season. No. 10 Texas (15-2, 4-1) has had to fight through major drama as they lost their coach due to domestic violence charges. Iowa State just had heir six game win streak stopped at TCU but are 5-0 ASTS in their last five games while the longhorns are 1-5 ATS in their last six games. This should be a true test for State as Texas offense puts up 81.5 PPG as their inside game can dominate the paint. If the Cyclones have a weakness it is in their offense which ranks No. 205. Take TEXAS!

Kansas at Kansas State 7:00 ET

Wildcats (+) over Jayhawks- The cage battle for bragging rights in Kansas and will have the attention of all college basketball enthusiasts from Van Pelt to Dorothy and Toto. The Sunflower State will pit No. 2 Kansas (16-1, 4-1) has posted 10 straight after their lone loss to Tennessee in the Bahamas on November 25, a game in which they were a 1.5-point underdog. The Jayhawks have dominated this series winning the last seven meetings and 15 of 16. The Wildcats might have been caught looking ahead to this meeting as they were blown out at TCU Saturday (Power Play winner). Although the series has been one sided the home team whoever they may be is 24-8-2 ATS in the last 34 meetings and State is 5-1 ATS in their last six home games. Take KANSAS STATE!  

Purdue at Michigan State 2:30 ET

Spartans (+) over Boilermakers-Just when you thought it was safe to go into the water shit happens. Like poor Michigan State who thought that their seven-game win streak would mount as they went to Illinois but were shocked and upended 75-66. Purdue who has lost but one game and they have been able to dominate enough to use their bench generously. Boilermakers rise to the better teams on the road going 5-1 ATS while Spartans against winning teams at home are just 3-7 ATS in their last 10 as hosts Take PURDUE!

Northwestern at Michigan 12:00 ET

Wildcats (+) over Wolverines- Northwestern is an upstart squad that has taken a number of opponents by surprise. The Wildcats have just trip to the NCAA Tournament and this season it looks to be their second invite to the Big Dance in school history. At 12-4 they have a huge leg up on conference foe Michigan who is 9-7 is off a 93-84 overtime loss to Iowa as they folded in crunch time. There has been a steady decline in Michigan’s basketball program since Juwan Howard took over a coach. Take NORTHWESTERN!

Duke at Clemson 5:00 ET

Blue Devils (+) over Tigers- The Clemson Tigers (14-3, 6-0) are roaring in ACC play leading the conference with a perfect 6-0 record but have yet to crack the Top-25. No. 21 Duke (13-4, 4-2) will be hard pressed to remain ranked with a loss here. The Blue Devils rallied against Pittsburgh trailing by 11 at the half to pull away with a 77-69 victory. Clemson is 9-0 SU at home but just 4-5 ATS and this will be thew devils fourth road game and they have yet to cover away from Cameron. The Tigers are coming off a romp over hapless Louisville who handed them 15 turnovers and that won’t happen here. Take DUKE!  

Michigan State at Illinois 9:00 ET

Illini (-) over Spartans- I am starting to see what it was that made Illinois such a highly rated team as they are starting to perform better on the court. Their last two times out they won and covered as Power Play winners over Wisconsin and at Nebraska. Michigan State who started 5-4 have won seven straight going 6-1 ATS and I think the points are an inducement to take the Spartans. MSU has a better record but the teams stats say different. The Illini are beginning to roll as they are 8-3 ATS following a win by 20 points or more and they are 6-2 ATS at home.

Colorado at USC 9:00 ET

Buffaloes (+) over Trojans- Starting in Pac-12 play USC was 3-0 until their long road trip ended with a pair of losses to Washington State and UCLA after a seven game win streak. Colorado has won their last two against both Oregon schools and seven of their last eight games. USC returns home for their first game as hosts since Dec. 18 and they come back to a place where they are 7-19 ATS as hosts and they are 3-9 ATS after an ATS win. Add the road team is 5-1 ATS in the last six meetings. Take COLORADO!

Creighton at Xavier 7:00 ET

Bluejays (+) over Musketeers- Former Arizona coach Sean Miller has taken the reins at Xavier and he has already accomplished feats that the Musketeers have not repeated in 66 years. Xavier not only won their first ever Big East win at Villanova it was the first win in Philadelphia since 1956 (how bout dat). So, maybe you can see the X-men getting a bit full of themselves especially with a  struggling Bluejays club that had lost six in-a-row, won three and then was upended by Connecticut Saturday. The Musketeers are 5-0 in Big East play for the first time and that euphoria won’t last long. Note that Bluejays are 9-2 ATS on the road against teams with winning records higher than 60% and the underdog is 16-5 ATS in the last 21 meetings. Take CREIGHTON!   

Florida at LSU 7:00 ET

Gators (+) over Tigers- Now this makes no sense whats-so-ever as the 8-7 Gators are favored at LSU who is 12-3 on the season including a perfect 9-0 at home. The odds makers have not been giving LSU any respect at all and not just here they were made an 11-point underdog at Kentucky while the Wildcats were 8-4 and the Tigers were 12-1 (Cats won at final moments 74-71). Florida has been over-rated as much as the Tigers are under-rated and they have dropped 3-of-4 both SU and ATS. The Gators are 6-13 ATS in last 19 overall and and horrific 5-17 ATS against winning teams while the Tigers are 5-2 ATS against winning teams. The best thing that I can say for support is that the road team is 6-2-1 ATS in the last nine meetings. Hold your breath and take FLORIDA!

Purdue at Penn State 6:00 ET

Nittany Lions (+) over Boilermakers- We have been against the Boilermakers twice since they were deemed No. 1 in the country and we are 2-0 in those two contests and they say that the third time is a charm so once again we will take the points with the home underdog. The Boilermakers are 7-18-3 ATS overall and 6-17-3 ATS in their last 26 after a SU win. Lions 24-11-1 ATS in last 36 games overall. Take PENN STATE!

Ohio State at Maryland 1:00 ET

Terrapins (+) over Buckeyes- Ohio State is off a heartbreaking loss to No. 1 Purdue on a 3-pointer at the buzzer where as Maryland is coming off a pair of losses to Michigan and Rutgers by a combined 51 points and two games before this they were routed by UCLA 87-60. Maryland coach Kevin Willard  says a loss is a loss  and not to well on the losses but rediscover their play from when they were 8-0 and ranked No. 13. I expect the Buckeyes to be down trodden and for the Terrapins to be ready to play. Take MARYLAND!

Indiana at Iowa 9:00 ET

Hawkeyes over Hoosiers- Indiana hasn’t played since Dec. 23 a home win over

Kennesaw State and before that they defeated powerful Elon. Playing those patsies at home and then taking to the road to face the boys of the Big Ten will be a difficult task as they are 1-3-1 ATS on the road. Iowa is looking to post their first conference win after three losses and are 6-2 ATS at home and the Hoosiers are 0-4 ATS in their last four games overall. Take IOWA!

Purdue at Ohio State 7:00 ET

Boilermakers (+) over Buckeyes- These two clubs have one thing in common and that is both have played Rutgers with the Megabucks Buckeyes prevailed 67-66 while Purdue was knocked from the undefeated ranks thanks to Megabucks Rutgers winner. it is not unusual for a team that is this deep into the season and is handed their first loss to fall the next time out. The Buckeyes are off a huge road win over Northwestern on New Year’s Day are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 games after a SU win. The road team is 3-0-1 ATS  in the last four meetings. take PURDUE!

TCU at Baylor 9:00 ET

Bears (-) over Horned Frogs- No. 16 Baylor will host No. 17 Texas Christian in what could be an epic battle. the Horned Frogs have won 10 straight and are off a come-from-behind 67-61 home win over Texas Tech while Baylor was getting their face stomped at Iowa State 77-62. Bears coach Scott Drew Scott was upset at his clubs lack of team play recording only seven assists while committing 19 turnovers. TCU has taken a page out of the Baylor playbook and are allowing only 61 PPG ranked No. 32. Frogs 20-8-1 ATS on the road in last 29 but the favorite is 11-2-1 ATS in the last 14 meetings. Bears respond as they are 4-0-1 ATS after a SU loss. Take BAYLOR!

Penn State at Michigan 8:00 ET

State has reeled off five straight wins while Michigan well, so not much overall but is coming off a beat down on Maryland New Year’s Day 81-46. A lot of things have to go right for you to win by that margin in a conference game and the Terrapins are 10-4. Still the Wolverines are just mid-land at 8-5 and have a chance to man-up as a small favorite against the 11-3 Nittany Lions who are 7-1 ATS in their last eight road games. Michigan who won huge last time out are 6-20 ATS after a win and 0-5 straight-up after a win of 20 points or more. Nittany Lions are 7-1 ATS in their last eight road games. It might look too good...take PENN STATE!

Kansas at Texas Tech 9:00 ET

Red Raiders (+) over Jayhawks- Kansas made a huge comeback last time out versus Oklahoma State 69-67 after trailing by 15 points at half and opening the second half with a 22-5 run worthy of their No. 3 status. Texas Tech on the other side of coin blew a 11-point halftime lead to TCU bowing 67-61 while committing 23 turnovers. While the Jayhawks are playing just their second true road game of the season the Red Raiders are 8-0 SU at home and are on a 29-game home winning streak. Tech is 10-2 ATS after a SU loss. Take TEXAS TECH!

LSU at Kentucky 8:00 ET

Wildcats (-) over Tigers- Whoa Nellie...is this right? I mean really talk about ‘Don’t make sense’ listen to how this game sets up. Here is LSU 12-1 and winners of six straight entering Lexington including a 60-57 win over No. 9 Arkansas as a huge underdog. Kentucky is 9-4 on the season and has yet to be impressive against Division I opponents. The Wildcats who are 0-6-1 ATS in their last seven games have won six of the last seven meetings but otherwise all trends and stats point to the Tigers and it is over kill. One other thing this is the first true road game for LSU. That might be the why the line is where it is. Take KENTUCKY!

Arizona at Arizona State 2:00 ET

Sun Devils (+) over Wildcats- Yeah well, there was no way I could avoid this one as 12-1 No. 5 Arizona comes to Tempe leading the nation in field goal percentage at 53.2 and is No. 2 in scoring averaging 90.2 PPG. Arizona State returns home from San Francisco having been trashed by the Dons 97-60 as Bill Russell and KC Jones must have been there in spirit. I have to believe that this rivalry match-up had the Sun Devils looking ahead and they got caught and beaten badly. That loss ended their own nine game winning streak and they are 11-2 ATS in 13 games after a 20 point loss. The Wildcats are 2-6 ATS after scoring 90 or more points. Take ARIZONA STATE!
