Take #923 Kansas City (+1.5 RL) -130 over Miami (6:10p.m., Wednesday, June 7 MLB.tv) The Royals have given up a ton of runs in the first two games of this series, but their starting pitcher tonight is better than his win/loss record would indicate. Jordan Lyles is allowing less that one hit per inning and has a lower WHIP than Edward Carbrera. The Marlins hurler has walked 36 batters in just 58 innings of work. Look for a high scoring game that goes down to the wire and we will collect with whoever wins this game by one run.

Take #912 Pittsburgh (-1.5 RL) over Oakland (7:05p.m., Tuesday, June 5 MLB.tv) The Pirates are coming off a sweep of the Cardinals over the weekend and will enter this game having won 5 straight games. Oakland lost all three games over the weekend to Miami (0-3 in the run line as well). Oakland has lost 4 straight run line games entering Monday.

2 Unit Play. Take #972 Miami (-1.5 RL) -110 over Oakland (1:40p.m., Sunday, June 6 MLB.tv) Oakland is playing and Miami has their Cy Young award winner on the mound. The Athletics have scored 1 garbage run in the first two games of this series.

Take #928 Miami (-1.5 RL) over Oakland (4:10p.m., Saturday, June 3 MLB.tv) Oakland got shutout last night and expect the Marlins to fatten up their batting average with this three games series. The Athletics are 12-41 in their last 53 road games. Miami is 5-0 in their last 5 games against AL West teams.

Take #956 Washington (+1.5 RL) over Philadelphia (7:05p.m., Friday, June 2 MLB.tv) Zach Wheeler was outstanding last time out against the Braves but he has not been consistent enough and I doubt he will be able to follow that up against another divisional opponent. Philadelphia is just 11-21 on the road this season and we will grab the run line looking for a very close game.

4 Unit Play. Take #973 Atlanta (-1.5 RL) over Oakland (3:37p.m., Wednesday, May 31 MLB.tv) Hopefully a day game will get the Braves offense out of this funk. They embarrassed themselves in the first two games of the series scoring just 3 totals runs against the worst team in baseball. Oakland will come back down to reality on Thursday, as the Braves win the finale in blowout fashion.

Take #929 Atlanta (-1.5 RL) -145 over Oakland (9:40p.m., Tuesday, May 30 MLB.tv) The Braves offense failed to knock out Oakland early last night and thus they suffered an embarrassing defeat to the worst team in the league. Look for the Braves to bounce back on Tuesday and win this game comfortably.

Take #971 Atlanta (-1.5 RL) -145 over Oakland (8:07p.m., Monday, May 29 MLB.tv) Oakland did not cover any of the run lines over the weekend getting swept by Houston for the second time in 10 days. Now they face another strong team in Atlanta, and I do not see thing getting any better for them on Memorial Day. The Braves are a much better team on the road this season and today should be no different. Atlanta is 17-7 on the road this season and Oakland is 5-23 at home, enough said!

4 Unit Play. Take #958 Colorado (+1.5 RL) over New York (9:10p.m., Saturday, May 27 MLB.tv) The Mets are not a strong offensive team and thus they struggle to score runs ranking in the middle of the pack. Thus they will have trouble covering a run line tonight at Coors Field.

Look for him to throw 5 or 6 strong innings and turn it over to the bullpen with the lead. San Diego is 0-7 in their last 7 game twos of a series.

3 Unit Play. Take #970 Seattle (-1.5 RL) over Oakland (9:40p.m., Thursday, May 25 MLB.tv) No bet against Oakland is a bad bet this season. They are 10-41 this season and for some reason have to play a night game on getaway day. Oakland is 16-35 in their last 51 games against Seattle. That includes going 1-7 in their last 8 games at T-Mobile Park.

Houston is fattening up their record against bad teams and Oakland certainly fits into that bill. The Athletics are 1-7 in their last 8 games in Houston.

Houston is coming off a victory last night in which they pulled away late and expect that to happen again Tuesday. The Giants are 8-24 in their last 32 road games against teams with a winning record. Houston is 10-3 in their last 13 games against National League teams.

3 Unit Play. Take #956 Atlanta (-1.5 RL) over Miami (7:20p.m., Tuesday, April 25 MLB.tv) The Braves scored 11 runs last night and expect more of the same from them on Tuesday. They need to win this series since it is at home, and they got swept over the weekend by Houston. Atlanta is 40-16 in their last 56 home games against Miami. We will lay the run line with them again.

3 Unit Play. Take #902 Atlanta (-1.5 RL) over Miami (7:20p.m., Monday, April 24 MLB.tv) The Braves are coming off a bad series at home against the Astros. They led in all 3 games yet were swept by Houston with late inning rallies. Now they face a divisional foe and look for them to jump out early and cruise to a victory. Spencer Strider has been outstanding this season with a 2-0 record along with a 2.45 E.R.A. The Braves are 59-25 in the last 84 games against Florida.

3 Unit Play. Take #975 Washington (+1.5 RL) +110 over Minnesota (2:05p.m., Sunday, April 23 MLB.tv) The Twins are starting to show their deficiencies. They started off hot, but will enter this game having lost 6 of their last 7 games. They have given up 13 runs to the Nationals in two games and I see this game going down to the wire giving us the victory with whoever comes out on top.

Take #951 Colorado (+1.5 RL) +135 over Philadelphia (12:05 p.m., Sunday, April 23 Peacock) Both of these teams are bad and just do not believe Philadelphia should be this big of a favorite against any team in the league. The Rockies have covered the run line in all three games of this series and Sunday should be no different.

3 Unit Play. Take #912 New York (-1.5 RL) over Toronto (1p.m., Saturday, April 22 MLB.tv) The Yankees look to even up this series with their ace on the mound Saturday. Cole has been outstanding this season with a 4-0 record to go along with a 0.95 E.R.A. The Blue Jays have most of their power from the right side and look for Cole to neutralize that.

3 Unit Play. Take #918 Chicago (-1.5 RL) +150 over Baltimore (2:10p.m., Sunday, April 16 MLB.tv) This is a pitching mismatch with Dylan Cease on the mound for the White Sox. He is a strikeout machine and look for another dominating performance from him on Sunday. Grayson Rodriguez was hit hard last time out against Oakland and should struggle in this game as well.

The Mets need to fatten up their record and they should be able to do that this entire series. Take #962 Tampa Bay (-1.5 RL) over Oakland (6:40p.m., Friday, April 7 MLB.tv) The Rays are the only undefeated team in baseball, and they are playing one of the worst teams in the league tonight at Tropicana Field. All six of their victories came by at least 4 runs and tonight should be no different. Zach Eflin was outstanding in his first start this season and the same cannot be said for Ken Waldichuk. Oakland is 18-38 in their last 56 road games. Tampa Bay is 36-17 in their last 53 home games. The Rays are 19-7 in their last 26 home games against a left-handed starter.

Take Houston (-1.5 RL) over Detroit (8:10p.m., Tuesday, April 4 MLB.tv) The Astros could not complete the comeback on Monday, but they do not want to drop the first two games of their series to Detroit. The Tigers will be one of the worst teams in the league in 2023 and we will lay the run line with the low odds backing the much better team. Framber Valdez threw 5 shutout innings on opening day and expect another strong showing from him on Tuesday.

4 Unit Play. Take #926 New York (-1.5 RL) over Cleveland (7:37p.m., Tuesday, October 11 TBS) Cleveland survived a marathon game with Tampa Bay on Saturday to advance to the ALDS. Just do not believe they are swinging the bats were well and will have trouble scoring runs against the Yankees and their ace on Tuesday. The Guardians have not had much success against the Yankees going 1-5 in their last 6 meetings. Stretching that out they are 23-49 in their last 72 games played in New York. Cleveland is 0-5 in their last 5 playoff road games. New York is 54-21 in their last 75 home games.

7 Unit Play. Take #969 Toronto (-1.5 RL) over Baltimore (7:05p.m., Monday, October 3 MLB.tv) The Blue Jays are on a roll and will still have a meaningful game on Monday in order to claim the No. 4 seed in the American League Playoffs. This is a big thing to claim, as it means they will face the No 5 need in a best of 3 with all 3 games taking place in Toronto. They pounded the Red Sox over the weekend and expect them to take care of business tonight against a Baltimore team that is just finishing out the season. Toronto is 35-16 in their last 51 games against Baltimore. The Orioles are 3-8 in their last 11 games following a win in their previous game.

7 Unit Play. Take #920 Toronto (-1.5 RL) over Boston (1:37p.m., Sunday, October 2 MLB.tv) Not much analysis is needed. Toronto is playing for the No. 4 seed and has outscored Boston 19-0 in this series thus far. Toronto is 20-6 in the last 26 games against Boston.

Toronto wants to host Tampa Bay or Seattle in the best of three series where the higher seed gets all 3 home games. Boston is just playing out the season and I do not see them putting forth much of an effect in any of these three games. Toronto has beaten Boston 19 of the last 26 home games.

Now they want to earn the No. 4 seed and home field advantage in round one by staying ahead of Tampa Bay in the standing. Alek Manoah is on the mound tonight with his 15-7 record and 2.31 E.R.A. He has been lights out of late and has not given up three earned runs in any start since August 16. Toronto has beaten Boston 17 of the last 21 games.

The Brewers have the edge in pitching in this game with Brandon Woodruff on the hill for them at American Family Field. The Crew are desperate for win to keep their hopes of a wild card berth alive and must win this game today if they want to make the playoffs.

7 Unit Play. Take #914 Los Angeles Dodgers (-1.5 RL) +115 over St Louis Cardinals (9:10p.m., Saturday, September 24 MLBN) Neither team has much to play for since both know what seed they will be entering the playoffs. The Cardinals had an emotional night on Friday with Pujols hitting a pair of home runs to reach 700. Expect a letdown in this game especially when going up against Clayton Kershaw. He has been outstanding of late and getting him at an underdog price with the run line is too good to pass up. The Dodgers are 10-4 in their last 14 games against the Cardinals. LA is also 56-16 in their last 72 series during game 2 of that series.

4 Unit Play: Take 928 LOS ANGELES ANGELS -1.5 RL, OVER SEATTLE MARINERS (4:07pm E, Sunday, September 18) The Angels, with Ohtani, slipped by the Mariners yesterday 2-1. We think today will be a much more substantial wil. It doesn't look like it in the standings, but the Angels are a VERY good team and had playoff aspirations early in the year. The Mariners are also missing two relief pitchers and their catcher, Tom Murphy. There's nothing they'd rather do than wallop the Mariners and play spoiler. Ohtani will be hitting today and we expect a lot out of him. Reid Detmers takes his 3.82 ERA against Marco Gonzales' 3.9 ERA, but we think the Angels will get to him early. 

4-Unit Play. Take #920 TAMPA BAY RAYS -1.5 RL, OVER TEXAS RANGERS (7:10pm E, Friday, September 16) The Rays are getting hot at the right time. After an 11-0 win over Toronto, in Toronto, they're clicking on all cylinders. Today Corey Kluber and his 4.37 ERA (he's better than that) goes against Martin Perez and his 2.77 ERA (Tampa will score more than 3 runs, tonight, with their hot bats). Take Tampa to win easily. 

3-Unit Play: Take 902 Cincinnati -1.5 RL over Pittsburgh (6:40pm E, Monday, September 12) The Reds didn't come close to the year they expected, but they still have a quality ballclub which has shown up much of the 2nd half of the season. When their bats light up, their offense is as good as anyone’s, and these are the kinds of games where it happens. Tonight, Mike Minor and his 5.7 ERA will defend the homefield against Bryce Wilson and his whopping 6.7 ERA. Look for the Reds to score early and often. 

4 Unit Play. Take #916 Toronto (-1.5 RL) over Chicago (7:07p.m., Monday, August 29 MLB.tv) The Blue Jays laid an egg against Los Angeles this week but now get to host another bad team in Chicago. The Cubs gave up 16 runs in their last two games against Milwaukee and expect them to give up a bunch of runs tonight as well. The Jays are 5-2 in their last 7 home games against Chicago. The Cubs are 8-22 in their last 30 interleague games.

Take #966 Toronto Blue Jays (-1.5 RL) over Los Angeles Angels (1:37p.m., Sunday, August 28 MLB.tv) The Blue Jays do not want to get swept by one of the worst teams in the league, especially at home. Look for them to salvage this final game of this series via a blowout. Ross Stripling has been outstanding of late and has not allowed more than two earned runs in any start since July 3rd. The Halos are 27-56 in their last 83 games. Toronto is 6-2 in their last 8 series during game 3. Toronto bats come alive and score some runs on Sunday.

4-Unit Play: Take 954 WASHINGTON NATIONALS -1.5 RL, OVER CINCINNATI REDS (7:05pm E, Friday, August 26) The Nationals have had an awful year, but they love to prey on teams like the Cincinnati Reds, when they come to town. The Nats will win this going away with Cade Cavalli making his MLB debut. If you haven't heard of Cavalli, he had a 1.40 ERA in the Minors and can't wait to prove himself in the bigs.  

3-Unit Play: Take 908 Take Tampa Bay (-1.5 RL) over Los Angeles (1:10pm E, Thursday August 25) The Rays are hard to beat at home and we don't think the Angels have power to do it, especially as it's getting later in the season. Sandoval will go for the Angels, with his 3.14 ERA against Rasmussen and his fine 2.83 ERA.

3-Unit Play: Take 904 CINCINNATI REDS -1.5, +165 OVER CUBS (6:40pm E, Saturday, August 13)

The Reds are a good team and they're playing like it now. They will show everything they have against the Cubs today. Ashcraft and his 3.94 ERA has been a pleasant surprise and he'll face Sampson and his 3.85 ERA. The Reds will run away with this one. 

6-Unit Play: Take 953 San Diego Padres -1.5, -150 OVER WASHINGTON NATIONALS (7:05pm E, Friday August 12) After the blockbuster trade, the Padres have one of the best teams in the Majors.They can compete with anyone and with Clevinger on the mound with his low 3.6 ERA, against Abott and his 5.9 ERA, we like this game going away. 

3-Units: Take 956 SAN DIEGO PADRES -1.5 RL, OVER GIANTS (4:10pm E, Wednesday, August 10) After the blockbuster trade which made the Padres one of the best teams in baseball, including adding Juan Soto (one of the best offensive players) and Josh Bell (not far behind), they are a force to be reckoned with. We would, now, put them up against anyone. Wish Manaea  on the hill for San Diego with his 4.74 ERA against Junis and his 3.05 ERA (that will increase today), we like the Padres to walk away with this one. 

3-Unit Play: Take 902 CHICAGO CUBS -1.5 RL, OVER MARLINS (2:20pm E, Friday, August 5) The Cubs, after wrapping up a series with their bitter rivals, St Louis, come back to the friendly confines of Wrigley to take on the Marlins. The Marlins are the better team, but the Cubs seem to shine on these Friday afternoon home games. The wind is blowing in from right field, so it most likely won't be a game full of home runs, but the Cubs have been playing good small ball lately and with Steele on the mound with his 3.86 ERA against a player to be determined, for the Marlins, look for Chicago to win this one for their fans. 

5-Unit Play: Take #914 NEW YORK YANKEES -1.5 RL RL, OVER KANSAS CITY ROYALS (1:10pm E, Saturday, July 30) Originally, the Royals were starting Greinke in this game and that probably would have kept us off the play, but with Heasley and his 5.53 ERA against Cortes and his 2.49 ERA, we couldn't pass this one up. The Yankees have been taking nothing for granted at home and with the wind blowing out to right field at 10.5mph, look for the Yankees to take advantage of that short porch. 

4 Unit Play. Take #922 Toronto (-1.5 RL) -105 over St. Louis (7:07p.m., Tuesday, July 26 MLB.tv) The Blue Jays are a streaky team, and they are red hot at the moment. They have won 6 straight games and will be playing a shorthanded Cardinals team on Tuesday. The Cardinals are 0-7 in their last 7 games following an off day. The Blue Jays are 7-0 in their last 7 games following an off day.

4-Unit Play: Take #968 KC ROYALS -1.5 RL OVER LA ANGELS (8:10pm E, Monday, July 25) Much like the Orioles, the Royals win games that look like they shouldn't. This is one that, at home, they should win easily, especially with Greinke and his 4.66 ERA on the hill. He's going against Syndergaard and his 4.01 ERA, but don't ever count Greinke out.

5-Unit Play: Take #952 CINCINNATI REDS -1.5 RL OVER MIAMI MARLINS (6:40pm E, Monday, July 25)

The Reds are more than capable of beating anyone, as they've shown since their dreaded 3-24 start to the season. We see a different team in the 2nd half of the season and with Nick Lodolo on the hill with his 5.86 ERA against Trevor Rogers and his 5.46 ERA, we're going to look for the Reds to win this one going away. 

3 Unit Play. Take #918 New York (-1.5 RL) +105 over Boston (1:35p.m., Sunday, July 17 MLB.tv) Chris Sale is back but I do not expect him to go long into this game as he works up his strength. Cole needs to show he can produce against the Red Sox and this is a great chance for that to occur. Boston is 5-11 in their last 16 games against New York.

Take #916 Toronto (-1.5 RL) -155 over Kansas City (12:05p.m., Sunday, July 17 MLB.tv) We have had a good feel for this lopsided series on paper avoiding the two games Toronto did not cover on the run line. Today, look for the Blue Jays to close out the first half with an easy winner against an undermanned team. The Blue Jays have won 46 of the last 64 home games against the Royals.

3 Unit Play. Take Toronto (-1.5 RL) -155 over Kansas City (7:07p.m., Friday, July 15 MLB.tv) Not much explanation is needed for this play. The Royals somehow won last night as a huge underdog since there are 10 players short with this game being played in Toronto. Do not expect that to happen again and we will lay the run line price with the better team that is playing at home.  

5 Unit Play. Take #955 Atlanta (-1.5 RL) -135 over Washington (7:05p.m., Thursday, July 14 MLB.tv) You can pretty much play this game blind, as Atlanta is just a much better team than is Washington. The Braves beat up on the Nationals last week and expect more of the same this weekend. They have a bad taste in their mouth after losing 2 of 3 to New York and will take out their frustrations on Washington tonight.

4-Units: Take #930 PITTSBURGH PIRATES (+1.5 RL) OVER NEW YORK YANKEES (7:05pm E, Tuesday, July 5) Everybody loves to beat the Yankees, so when they come to town, they'll get the best of the Pirates. We've seen the Pirates handle the Dodgers this year, and we think with Quntana on the mound, that they'll please their fans with a home win against the pinstripes. 

5-Units: Take #926 SAN DIEGO PADRES -1.5 RL, +170 OVER SEATTLE MARINERS (4:10pm E, Tuesday, July 5) They haven't played like it lately, but the Padres are one of the best teams in baseball. The Mariners beat them 8-2 yesterday. It's payback time and the Padres have everything they need to do it. The pitchers are relatively even with Gilbert having an ERA of 2.66 and Clevinger with an ERA of 2.79, but we feel it's time for a Padres blowout.

Take #928 New York Mets (-1.5 RL) over Texas Rangers (7:10p.m., Friday, July 1 MLB.tv) The Mets are just a much better team than the Rangers and expect them to cruise to a victory tonight in Queens. New York is 13-4 in their last 17 home games. Texas is 13-39 in their last 52 games following an off day.

Take #914 Toronto Blue Jays (-1.5 RL) over Tampa Bay Rays (3:07p.m., Friday, July 1 MLB.tv) Toronto is one of the best teams in the bigs and with Berrios on the mound, even though his ERA isn't the best, we like the Jays to pull away from this one. Offensively, George Springer has 11 doubles, two triples, 15 home runs and 36 RBI and Alejandro Kirk is 12-for-31 with a double and four home runs over the last 10 games. This gets in the win column early. 

4 Unit Play. Take #952 Philadelphia (-1.5 RL) over Atlanta (6:05pm, Thursday, June 30 MLB.tv) We definitely like Philadelphia in this matchup, as this combo has become quite the rivalry and The Phillies can just be tough at home, especially with Aaron Nola and his 2.98 ERA on the hill against Ian Anderson and his 4.60 ERA.

3 Unit Play. Take #904 MIAMI MARLINS +130 OVER NEW YORK METS (4:10pm E, Saturday, June 25) Miami lost a game they should have won last night and they know. The frustration at the end of the game showed it. Chris Bassitt brings his 3.92 ERA against Rogers' 5.83, but don't let that fool you - Rogers can pitch with anyone.

7-Unit Play. Take #912 NEW YORK YANKEES -1.5 RL, +125 OVER HOUSTON ASTROS (1:05pm E, Saturday, June 25) The Yankees lost a close one last night, but Cole has a way of bringing them back the next day. We also expect a lot of runs off of Javier, so look for much different game than the last two nights and look for the Yanks to get up early and keep adding on. 

4-Unit Play: Take 964 TORONTO BLUE JAYS -1.5 RL, +160 OVER YANKEES (3:07pm E, Saturday, June 18) The Yankees have definitely been hot, but there is nobody the Blue Jays would rather beat than the pinstripes. With Alek Manoah on the mound with his 1.67 ERA against Jameson Tallion and his 2.93 ERA favors Toronto, but throw that out the window. After a 12-4 whipping yesterday, it's payback time for the Jays. 

4 Unit Play. Take #913 New York (-1.5 RL) over Minnesota (7:40p.m., Thursday, June 9 MLB.tv) The Yankee bats were cold last night but expect them to come to life on Thursday. Gerrit Cole is on the mound, and he has been outstanding this season with a 5-1 record and a 2.78 E.R.A. New York is 18-6 in their last 24 games following a loss in their previous game.

4 Unit Play. Take #967 New York Yankees (-1.5 RL) -105 over Minnesota Twins (7:40p.m., Wednesday, June 8 MLB.tv) The Yankees are the best teams in baseball and Chris Archer has always been an overrated pitcher. New York is 14-3 in their last 17 games against teams with a winning record. Minnesota is 3-8 in their last 11 games as an underdog. Look for a big win by the Yankees today. 

4-Unit Play: Take #957 TORONTO BLUE JAYS -1.5 RL, -110 OVER KANSAS CITY ROYALS (8:10p.m., E, Monday, June 6)

4-Unit Play: Take 954 SAN DIEGO PADRES -1.5 RL, +180 OVER NEW YORK METS (9:40pm, E, Monday, June 6) The Mets have a much better team this year but the Padres are just as good a team and have been flying under the radar. Today, the Mets Carlos Carrasco and his 3.63 ERA take on the Padres' Blake Snell with his 4.80. Don't let the 4.80 fool you, Snell is a great pitcher and especially at home. After a long road trip, all the Padres are happy to be home and look for them to light up the scoreboard their first night back. 

3-Unit Play: Take 952 CINCINNATI REDS-1.5 RL, +155 OVER ARIZONA DIAMONDBACKS (6:40pm, E, Monday, June 6) There are a few teams, but not many, that should come into Cincinnati feeling like they should win. We guess because Bumgarner is on the mound for Arizona and that the Reds have a 3-game home losing streak, they feel pretty good. A 3-game home losing streak at home should worry the Reds, but with Greene on the mound and most key players healthy, look for them to rattle the Diamondbacks tonight. 

4 Unit Play. Take #904 Cincinnati Reds (-1.5 RL) -105 over Washington Nationals (1:40pm, Sunday, June 5) The Reds have become a different team and with the right man on the hill, they seem to put up big offensive numbers. The Nationals have a 2-1 lead in this series and they don't have any business having a series lead over any team in baseball. Today, Patrick Corbin and his 6.96 ERA starts on the mound against the Reds' ace, Louis Castillo and his 3.37. This series will end up 2-2 and the Reds' will be off to bigger and better things.

5 Unit Play. Take #968 New York Yankees -1.5 RL, -155 over Detroit Tigers (1:05pm, Saturday, June 4 MLB.tv) The Yankees, along with the Dodgers, are as good as they get in the Major Leagues. They don't need a lot of reasons, after blowing the Tigers out yesterday 13-0, to explain anything. Today, Beau Brieske and his 5.25 ERA is up against Luis Severino and his 3.38 ERA, and Judge coming off a 4-hit game - It almost doesn't seem fair, but that's baseball in the Majors.

3 Unit Play. Take #968 TORONTO BLUE JAYS (-1.5 RL) +105 OVER CHICAGO WHITE SOX (3:10pm E, Thursday, June 2) The Blue Jays are on fire and will win their 8th game in a row this afternoon North of the Border.

Atlanta is 1-6 in their last 7 games played on Sunday. Miami is 12-5 in their last 17 games against NL East teams.

4 Unit Play. Take #980 Toronto (-1.5 RL) -120 over Cincinnati (3:07p.m., Saturday, May 21 MLB.tv) The Reds have played a little better of late, but they are still a terrible team. Toronto plays in a very tough division, the AL East, and they need to beat the bad teams in order to have a chance to win the wild card. Cincinnati is 15-36 in their last 51 road games.

3 Unit Play. Take Toronto (-1.5 RL) over Seattle (7:05p.m., Wednesday, May 18 MLB.tv) The Blue Jays have fattened up their record against the Mariners and will go for the sweep tonight in Toronto. Toronto has their ace on the mound in Kevin Gausman and he is looking for a bounce back after suffering a loss last time out against Tampa Bay. Seattle is 1-6 in their last 7 games against American League East teams. Toronto is 44-20 in their last 64 games against teams with a losing record.

3 Unit Play. Take Toronto (-1.5 RL) over Seattle (7:07p.m., Monday, May16 MLB.tv) The Blue Jays are in a funk and need to get back on the winning track. They have facing Chris Flexen tonight and he is just 1-5 on the season and was hit hard his last time out. He has up 6 runs in 5 innings against the Phillies and Toronto should be able to fest off of him. Seattle is 1-5 ATS in their last 6 games against AL East teams. Toronto is 12-4 ATS in their last 16 games against AL West teams.

5-Unit Play: Take 972 ORIOLES OVER ROYALS (12:05pm E, Monday, May 9)

If the Orioles keep hitting and pitching like they have been, and especially at home, we're going to be on them a lot, this year. They're a different than you've known them in the past.

4-Unit Play: take973 CHW-1.5,+135 OVER RED SOX (4:10pm E, Saturday, May 7)

The White Sox continue their good paly and with Cease on the mound, they'll beat Boston today - they've been good for us, this year, and we don't expect that to change today. They have a GREAT offense.

7-Unit Play: Take 902 MIAMI -1.5 RL, OVER ARIZONA (12:40pm E, Wednesday, May 4)

Miami and Hernandez are playing about as good as anyone and we expect them to make some noise come playoff time. When their bats light up, they really light up and we think they'll do pretty well against Bumgarner today. Their still fuming over their 5-4 loss yesterday.

6-Unit Play: 903 BRAVES -1.5 RL, OVER METS (7:10pm E, Monday, May 2)

Mets played a good game last night to our dissapproval, but we think they spent it all and the Braves will come in hot, scoring runs, and running the bases. They Mets are good this year, but not Atlanta Braves good. Braves should win this one going away.

6-Unit Play: Take 902 MARLINS -1.5 RL, OVER DIAMONDBACKS (6:40pm E, Monday, May 2)

The Diamondbacks have good pitching, which will make them competitive throughout the year, but they can't hit worth a damn and they're going to have to tonight, because the Miami bats beat up on Gallen. The Marlins pitch, hit, and run the bases as good as any team in baseball. Should be an easy win tonight

6-Unit Play: Take 976 MARLINS -1.5 RL, OVER MARINERS (1:40pm E, Sunday, April 1)

We've had a pretty good weekend with Miami and we're not about to leave them now. They had so many chances to score so many more runs, the last couple of days, that we think you'll see them take advantage of those runs today and we think they'll catch Mariners off guard by being VERY active on the base pads today.

5-Unit Play: Take 920 TAMPA BAY -1.5, +110 (4:10pm E, Saturday, April 30)

Tampa Bay has got all the tools this year and with McClanahan on the mound, they are NOT going to lose games like this one. Their bats are hot and we expect them to jump to early lead and run this one up.

6-Unit Play: Take 972 WHITE SOX -1.5 RL, OVER ROYALS (2:10pm E, Wednesday, April 27)

The White Sox have some great bats and they have payback on their mind after yesterday. They've also seen Greinke plenty and we think they'll knock him out by the 6th inning.

5-Unit Play: Take 951 NY METS-1.5 RL, OVER CARDS (1:15pm E, Wednesday, April 27)

The Mets are on a roll and the Cards are on a mini-slide and we're take the Mets to outplay the Cards again today. The Mets are for real and Carrasco is a better pitcher than Matz.

5-Unit Play: Take 952 BREWERS -1.5 RL, OVER GIANTS (6:10pm E, Monday, April 25)

The Brewers are no slouch at home and we'll take the value, here, even as well as the Giants have been playing. Look for the Brewers to score a number of runs off Long for San Francisco.

4-Unit Play: Take 982 Tigers -1.5 RL OVER ROCKIES - GM 2 (6:40pm E, Saturday, April 23)

After the Tigers finish off the Rockies in game 1, we'll think they'll ride that momentum into game 2 and kickstart their season with a doubleheader blowout. They don't need much - just a kickstart to their offense and you'll see a totally different Detroit team.

5-Unit Play: Take 980 TIGERS -1.5 RL OVER ROCKIES - GM 1 (1:10pm E, Saturday, April 23)

The Tigers play well at home and the Rockies on the road? Not so much. We like Skubal to keep the Colorado bats quiet, while the Detroit bats light up. The Tigers need a blow out win and we think this is the day.

4-Unit Play: Take 959 WHITE SOX -1.5,+120 OVER GUARDIANS (1:10pm E,  Thursday April 21)

It's payback time for the White Sox. They are too good a team to be manhandled like they were yesterday. Cleveland ran the score up on them too and that never sets well

5-Unit Play: Take 973 TWINS -1.5 OVER ROYALS (8:10pm E, Tuesday, April 19)

As proven yesterday, the Twins bats have power. Put a pitcher like Archer on the mound and they're almost unbeatable. We like the sluggers to roll over the Royals today and make a statement that they're here to stay for awhile.

10-Unit Play: Take 920 OAKLAND -1.5 RL OVER BALTIMORE (8:40pm E, Monday, April 18) Oakland is a contender this year and, as much as they keep trying, Baltimore wants to be, too. They're not there, yet, but the A's bats are and they love to run it up at home. Look for Montas to way outpitch Watkins and the A's bats to put up a big number. We're not going to play it, but we actually like the over in this game too.

5-Unit Play: Take 956 MIAMI -1.5 RL, OVER PHILLIES (6:40pm, E, Friday, April 15)

The Marlins can't stand the Phillies and vice versa. With Lopez on the mound they have what it takes to beat the Phils at home. We took the run line because we don't think it'll be that close at the end and when either of these two teams can add on, they will.

4-Unit Play: Take 952 ATLANTA BRAVES -1.5 RL OVER WASHINGTON (12:20pm E, Wednesday, April 13th)

The Braves are as good as any team out there, as they showed last year. Fried had a terrible start (for him), in his first start - we look for him to bounce back tonight against the Nationals. He should hold them, while his supports him big offensively.

3-Unit Play: Take 961 HOUSTON ASTROS -1.5, RL, OVER BRAVES (8:09pm E, Tuesday, November 2) ATL: Fried. HOU: Garcia

Houston is on a high and we don't think they're close to coming down from it. They are swinging the bat well from top to bottom and if you want to see some balls leave the park quickly to left field, stay tuned. The LAST thing Atlanta wanted to do, was take this series back to Houston. Houston should blow them out tonight.

2-Unit Play: Take 923 LA DODGERS -1.5, RL, -110 OVER BRAVES (8:08pm E, Saturday, October 23) LAD: Undecided. ATL: Anderson - NOTE: THIS GAME IS ACTION!

Much like Thursday, we're going to take the Dodgers tonight with everything on the line. They, once again, haven't chosen a starter, yet, but they have good arms that can go today, and they'll most likely decide the order they'll go sometime later in the day. They don't have Kelly, but they activated Price, so expect to see him in the rotation somewhere. He's struggled as a starter this year, but you give him one or two innings and say, These are yours, he's pretty damn good. We like the Dodgers to push this to a Sunday Funday Game Seven!

2-Unit Play: Take 920 DODGERS -1.5, RL, +140 OVER BRAVES (8:08pm E, Thursday, October 21) ATL: Fried. LAD: Undecided - NOTE: GAME IS "ACTION"

The Dodgers haven't made a pitcher announcement yet and the reason is clear: they will empty the bench with whoever they can find, to win this game. They probably know who they're going to pitch, but not the order they're going to pitch them. The Dodgers are up against a wall and you'll see them pull out all stops to win this game - they can't just rely on their superior talent - they will bite, scratch, bunt, and steal to win tonight.
