Oklahoma City has not been too good and we think that it finally breaks out of the slump.

The Thunder are still normally great at home and will be excited to be back here for this game.

Both teams are ranked so we're going to give the advantage to the home team on Sunday.

Illinois has done well in it's two attempts on the road this year, but have covered against the spread in just one of the two.

The Fighting Illini are just 4-10 over their L14 games played as a road underdog.

Iowa has won all nine of it's home games this year.

The Hawkeyes are also a terrific 7-2 versus the spread in those games this season.

Southern Utah has not began the season too well at 4-12 and isn't expected to do well in the WAC either.

The Thunderbirds are 0-6 straight up and 1-5 against the spread over their L6 games.

Since last year, they've lost 12 road games in a row.

California Baptist is one of the better sides in the conference and is 11-6 so far this season.

The Lancers have covered versus the spread in their only home game so far within the WAC and we anticipate another cover today.

Arkansas is the ranked team and probably has been the better team this year. But, that doesn't mean much in a top level SEC game.

The Razorbacks have played just two games on the road all season and they will be up against it on Saturday.

Auburn is in desperate need of a win. It's lost back-to-back SEC games to begin and it's at home for this game.

The Tigers have won six out of seven home games this year and we like them as the slight home favorite.

With a record of 5-10, Arkansas-Pine Bluff doesn't really intimidate any team in NCAABB.

The Golden Lions are just 1-10 in road games and even with four straight wins, they are not a team that should be well respected.

Texas Southern is a whole lot better than it's showed this season and will return home off two road games in a row.

The Tigers need to up their game and they know it. We think a win here will give the team a lot more confidence for future games.

Maine hasn't been as good as we thought it would be so far. But, there's still lots of season left and this is a good game to gain some confidence back.

The Black Bears have beaten NJIT in four straight games over the L2 years.

NJIT is just 7-10 this season too and have covered the spread in just four of it's L9 games.

The Highlanders were projected to finish near the bottom of the America East Conference -- don't expect a third conference win in a row.

Nebraska trots into this game with an undefeated record. But, we think that it's time for a team to knock it off.

The Cornhuskers have gotten away with a few closer games and have came out as winners. But, this is one of their toughest tasks yet.

They are just 3-6 over their L9 games played in the month of January, as last year's team wasn't so strong.

Indiana's won 10 straight home games and the home fans will be alive at noon today.

The Hoosiers just made it to the National Title Game in Football and the Basketball team will want to keep the high spirits going.

Hofstra has came out of the gates exceeding expectations and we don't think that it'll keep it up.

The Pride have played lots of road games this season and soon all the travelling will catch up to them.

Over the L7 games between these two teams, the Pride have covered the spread just once.

Towson has won 15 of it's L16 home games since last season.

The Tigers will be happy to still be at home with a chance to win their first conference game of the year after winning 16 of 18 last year during the regular season.

The Knights lost and didn't cover the spread in the game played in this arena last season.

Oklahoma State hasn't been as good of a school since Cade Cunningham was here. But, it's off to a terrific 12-2 start.

The Cowboys are 10-0 at home and are also 10-0 as a betting favorite.

Cincinnati is on the road, but we think it's the stronger team and will win this game on Tuesday.

The Bearcats are the much taller team and will be hounds on the boards today.

They love to spread the ball around, and that will make it hard for the Mountaineers to stop.

West Virginia likes to rely on Huff to nail three point shots. When his shot isn't falling, it isn't winning.

The Mountaineers haven't covered the spread in back-to-back games and won't again today.

Our selection is on the New Orleans Privateers to cover the spread against the East Texas A&M Lions on Monday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

East Texas A&M has lost four games in a row and is 6-9 in it's 15 games this season.

In those four straight losses, the Lions didn't cover the spread in any of those games.

They have played lots on the road this year and are just 2-7 in those games.

New Orleans has played just two games at home this year and won the last one as an underdog.

Abilene Christian lost on Thursday against Utah Tech in a bad performance. It's a lot better team than it showed in that game.

Alabama, like the last few years, wants to play as fast as possible to get the other team out of rhythm.

The Grizzlies are 2-4 straight up and against the spread over their L6 games and just lost an overtime game against Philadelphia.

Los Angeles hasn't been quite itself either lately but it's time for Luka Doncic to finally show up again and explode.

The Lakers are still 13-2 over their L15 games played against opponents from the Southwest Division in the Western Conference.

The Bonnies have been a double digit underdog just once against UNC and failed to cover the spread in that game.

Looking back even further, they've lost 17 straight games as an underdog straight up.

Denver is probably the stronger team at the moment. But, it's off a loss and could be in for another hard game.

Miami is at home on Monday and is 4-1 straight up and 3-2 versus the spread at home against West opponents.

The Heat are also perfect since Christmas with a pair of wins against Atlanta and Indiana.

Canisius hasn't been great and that's why it's the large underdog. But, it's been better than bad, winning four games.

The Golden Griffins' first three losses were against potential tournament teams. The next two were by a much lesser margin, well within today's number.

They are actually 11-4 versus the spread over their L15 games against Siena.

Siena has started the season off well, but picked one of the easiests out of conference schedules that could be imagined.

It's toughest game was against St. Bonaventure (a common L) and then maybe Colgate who's 5-4.

Baylor has been battle tested through the Players Era Tournament and still 6-1 on the season.

The Bears have beaten Washington , Creighton and San Diego State already.

Memphis has a losing record and this game isn't going to be any easier.

The Tigers have lost six of their L7 games played against opponents from the Big 12 Conference.

They also just don't light up any statistics. Have not been appealing to watch.

Akron has been among the top teams in the MAC of the last few seasons and looks to be again this year.

Our selection is on the Denver Nuggets to defeat the Indiana Pacers on Wednesday at 7:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Denver has been one of the top teams so far this season and has won seven straight road games.

The Nuggets have a 70% record against the spread when playing on the road this year.

Indiana has been the worst team in the Eastern Conference without Haliburton.

The Pacers have lost six games in a row played at home against Denver.

They are also 1-8 against Western Conference teams this year.

The play is Denver.

Our selection is on the Kentucky Wildcats to defeat the North Carolina Tar Heels on Tuesday at 9:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

North Carolina just played it's second hard opponent and didn't do so well. Now, it goes on the 'road' for the first time.

The Tar Heels are much worse at shooting that the Wildcats and average more than six less points a game.

They are just 2-5 straight up and 1-6-1 against the spread over their L7 games played against UK.

Kentucky has lost twice already on the season but against one similar opponent to UNC and another really tough side not at home.

The Wildcats are 5-0 straight up at home and 4-1 versus the spread this season.

Our selection is on the Colorado Buffaloes to defeat the California Baptist Lancers on Monday at 9:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

California Baptist has had a really easy schedule over it's first seven games and hasn't been scoring too much -- 15 points a game less than Colorado.

The Lancers are not a good shooting team but rely on their rebounding to keep them in games.

But, Colorado is also a good rebounding team so that should cancel out.

The Lancers have had a really hard time in December, winning just three out of their L15 in this month against the spread.

The Buffaloes have won 10 of their L11 straight up in December.

Our selection is on the South Carolina State Bulldogs to cover the spread against the Winthrop Eagles on Saturday at 4:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

South Carolina State has lost every game this season but it's been on the road in every game but one.

All of this road experience early on will help the Bulldogs in the long-term.

They kept their games against South Dakota , Chattanooga and Samford within 12 points.

Winthrop has a losing record too and two of it's three wins were against poor teams by less than 20 points.

The Eagles are not that strong of a team and we don't think they will cover the spread today.

Our selection is on the Phoenix Suns to cover the spread against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday at 9:40pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Phoenix isn't at full strength still without Jalen Green. But, it's off one of it's top performances of the season against Sacramento.

The Suns are now a terrific 9-2 straight up and against the spread over their L11 games this year.

They are also 8-1 versus the spread over their L9 games played against opponents within the Western Conference.

Oklahoma City is on pace to break some records this season with it's straight up record. But, it's not been great at covering lately,.

The Thunder are just 2-4 against the spread over their L6 games.

We think that Phoenix could keep this one close and possibly upset with how good it's defense is playing right now

Our selection is on the NJIT Highlanders to cover the spread against the Eastern Michigan Eagles on Friday at 4:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

NJIT isn't the best team at all, but it's done an okay job so far this season all things considered.

The Highlanders have already succeeded twice on the road this season with a really good win against Fordham.

They shoot a lot of three pointers -- compared to EMU -- so that should keep them in the game.

Eastern Michigan lost at home to IUPUI ~ a team that is 2-6 this season.

The Eagles have won four games, but three of those four have been by 10 or less.

Our selection is on the San Francisco Dons to defeat the Colorado Buffaloes on Thursday at 2:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Colorado has done well so far and has not lost a single game though five.

But, the Buffaloes have really had trouble in the past as an underdog. Over their L20 games as a dog, they are just 3-17.

They have also not played any tough opponents up until now, all five of their games have been at home.

San Francisco has faced Memphis on the road (just a six point loss) and just beat Minnesota in a neutral court game.

The Dons are 4-1 versus the spread over their L5 games played against opponents from the Big 12 Conference.

We're on San Francisco with more experience in away/neutral games this year.

Our selection is on the Golden State Warriors to defeat the Houston Rockets on Wednesday at 10:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Houston has been really good this season. But, it's going to still be without Durant in this game.

The Rockets have really had trouble versus Golden State, losing 22 of 30 road games against it since 2015.

They are also just 6-12 against the spread over their L18 against the Warriors overall.

Golden State has played much better at home this season winning six out of their seven games.

The Warriors are the healthier team and we'll take them on Wednesday.

Our selection is on the Tennessee Volunteers to defeat the Kansas Jayhawks on Wednesday at 7:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Kansas is still playing this tournament without it's best player -- Darryn Peterson.

The Jayhawks have had two easier games in the Players era tournament so far against Notre Dame and Syracuse.

They had lost their previous two games against ranked teams this season versus Duke and UNC.

Tennessee got a bit unlucky to not make the final given that it beat Rutgers by 25 and held off the #3 team in CBB ~ Houston last night.

But, the Vols still have their perfect record to play for. They are 7-0 this season.

Our selection is on the San Diego State Aztecs to cover the spread against the Oregon Ducks on Tuesday at 11:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Oregon played Auburn yesterday and lost by 11 points after really having problems in the second half.

The Ducks have played in some really close games that they've won this year. One point win against Hawaii and Four point win against Rice *(both at home)

They are a winless 0-5 versus the spread this season in all five of their games.

San Diego State hasn't been good the L2 games especially losing by 40 yesterday.

But, it's a new day and the Aztecs are still normally terrific on defense.

We think that SDST will bounce back today and win with the slightly higher field goal percentage so far.

Our selection is on the Bethune Cookman Wildcats to defeat the Stony Brook Seawolves on Tuesday at 11:00am ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Stony Brook has a 4-2 record so far and has exceeded our expectations through six games.

The Seawolves should cool down pretty soon and come back to earth after getting blown out yesterday.

They are 0-2 in both of their games away from Stony Brook, New York and this is another tournament game.

Bethune Cookman lost to Jacksonville yesterday but it was much closer and allowed less than 70 points.

The Wildcats normally shoot the ball a lot better than the Seawolves and that will be the difference today.

Our selection is on the UTEP Miners to defeat the William & Mary Tribe on Monday at 4:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

William & Mary has started this season fairly well with four wins and two losses.

But, the Tribe have been turning the ball over way too much. They average 14.7 turnovers a game right now.

They are playing with one day less rest for this game and this is a tournament game so no home advantage.

UTEP should be embarrassed from it's L3 contests. Three really bad performances.

But, the Miners had the whole weekend to get it out of their system and they are really good on defense.

Our selection is on the Baylor Bears to defeat the Creighton Blue Jays on Monday at 2:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Baylor has been tested so far this season but it hasn't made any mistakes down the stretch leading to it's 3-0 record.

The Bears are terrific at taking quality shots and have made over 51% of their shots so far.

They are 6-0 since the end of last season over their L6 games as a favorite.

Creighton took a really bad loss against Gonzaga at the start of this season and hasn't played anyone on the same level yet.

The Blue Jays have a bad turnover margin among the teams in this tournament.

They are 1-4 against the spread over their L5 games against Baylor.

Our selection is on the Utah Jazz to cover the spread against the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday at 8:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Los Angeles beat Utah by more than 10 a few days ago and these teams will meet again today, but in Utah.

The Lakers have been really good this season, but probably will cool off sooner than later.

They are just 3-8-1 against the spread over their L12 games played as a home favorite of more than -5.0.

Utah is a lot better at home and has a 6-2 record versus the spread in this arena.

The Jazz are also 6-2 against the spread over their L8 home games against LA.

Our selection is on the Virginia Commonwealth Rams to defeat the Coppin State Eagles on Saturday at 7:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Coppin State is one of the worst teams in College Basketball and it's on the road for today's game.

The Eagles are just 4-8 versus the spread over their L12 games played as a road underdog.

They have also lost three straight against the spread as a road underdog of more than 20 points.

VCU is a much better team than it's showed so far this season and will be hoping for a big win.

The Rams are 12-4 versus the spread over their L16 games played as a home favorite.

Our selection is on the UAB Blazers to defeat the South Alabama Jaguars on Friday at 7:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

South Alabama hasn't lost yet. But, it also hasn't awed anybody with it's 76.7 points a game average.

The Jaguars play really slow and might have to play differently against a really fast team on the road.

They are significantly worse at rebounding and creating defensive turnovers.

UAB is 3-2 but has played much higher competition so far through it's five games this season.

The Blazers have a big win at home against High Point already by double digits as well.

Our selection is on the Yale Bulldogs to defeat the Wisconsin Green Bay Phoenix on Friday at 12:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Green Bay has lost back-to-back games -- includes an overtime loss on the road in it's last game.

The Phoenix finished last year poorly and are now 1-6 over their L7 games.

They are big underdogs for today's game and have lost all four games against opponents in the NCAA Division 1 this year.

Yale lost it's last game too but has one of the most prominent offenses in NCAABB this season.

The Bulldogs have won 17 of their L20 games and have three of their five returning starters from last year.

We're on Yale to win big today.

Our selection is on the George Washington Revolutionaries to defeat the UMBC Retrievers on Wednesday at 7:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

MD Baltimore Co has played pretty well this season and is probably getting a worse line than it would have if it was the first game of this season.

UMBC barely beat Wagner at home though in it's last game as a decent sized favorite (losing versus the spread.)

The Retrievers did do well against Dayton. But, we think that GW is much better than Dayton this season.

George Washington has been perfect through four games and every win has been by more than 20 points.

The Revolutionaries are great on offense. Great on defense. and great at rebounding the ball.

Our selection is on the Tennessee Martin Skyhawks to cover the spread against the Florida State Seminoles on Tuesday at 7:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

UT Martin is one of the most unique teams in America with players representing so many countries.

The Skyhawks are playing at an elite level and are going to be a threat against any team.

They are shooting the ball extremely well, and that should continue on Tuesday.

Florida State just lost a really hard game against Florida and that could cause it to lose it's rhythm.

The Seminoles are probably the more skilled side, but they are 7-9 over their L16 games as a favorite of more than 20.

Our selection is on the San Antonio Spurs to defeat the Golden State Warriors on Friday at 9:40pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Golden State got the better of these two teams on Wednesday. We don't think that it will see 74 combined points from Curry and Butler again this game.

The Warriors are just 2-6 against the spread this season when playing on the road.

They've also lost six of the L9 games versus the spread against the Spurs.

San Antonio was perfect at home until that game, but is still 5-1 this season and 4-2 against the spread.

The Spurs have been the better team this season and we think Wemby goes off.

The play is SAS.

Our selection is on the Denver Nuggets to defeat the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday at 10:40pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Denver is red hot. It's won five games in a row and that includes a win by double digits on the road yesterday.

The Nuggets are in the second game of a 'back-to-back.' But, we can't take away from the fact that they are playing like one of the best in the league right now.

They have beaten the Clippers in six of the L9 games between these two teams.

Los Angeles has really had trouble this season and will be missing Kawhi Leonard for the 5th straight game.

The Clippers are just 1-9 against the spread in all 10 of their games this year.

We're on the Nuggets and would avoid LAC until further notice.

Our selection is on the Pacific Tigers to defeat the Long Beach State 49ers on Wednesday at 10:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Long Beach State hasn't won a game yet and has lost both of it's games by 20 or more points.

The 49ers have lost nine straight games on the road since last season.

Pacific wasn't too much better last season, winning two more games in total.

But, the Tigers have a 4-1 record against the spread over their L5 games played at home against LBSU.

Our selection is on the Louisville Cardinals to defeat the Kentucky Wildcats on Tuesday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Kentucky has looked really good. But so has Louisville.

The Wildcats haven't been great on the offensive glass though, which is something that the birds can exploit with their good rebounding.

UK is also 3-6 straight up and 4-5 versus the spread over their L9 games as an underdog since last year.

Louisville has scored more than 100 points in both of it's first two games and is really taking it to the opposing lineup early.

The Cardinals are 13-0 over their L13 games as a home favorite and has covered the spread in four of their L5.

Our selection is on the Loyola Chicago Ramblers to cover the spread against the North Texas Mean Green on Sunday at 5:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

North Texas was a top team in the AAC last season and is getting way too much respect this year.

The Mean Green lost a lot of their players and that includes all five of the players that started.

They have had two really easy games to start the season. This will be a big switch, and they will be on the road.

Loyola Chicago got the bad loss out of it's system and should be better tonight.

The Ramblers were 16-1 at home last season in all of their games.

We're on Loyola and will take the points.

Our selection is on the Gonzaga Bulldogs to defeat the Oklahoma Sooners on Saturday at 10:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Oklahoma won it's first game against St. Francis PA by a lot which was a good start.

But, the Sooners are on the road now, against a highly ranked team.

They were just 5-9 against ranked teams last season and 7-16 over the L2 years.

Gonzaga also scored a lot in it's first game beating Texas Southern by 55 points.

The Bulldogs play really fast and Oklahoma will not be able to keep up in the end.

Our selection is on the UCLA Bruins to defeat the Pepperdine Waves on Friday at 10:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Pepperdine was T-9 (second last) in the West Coast Conference last season.

The Waves beat Life Pacific by only single digits, who is a part of the NCCAA Division, not the NCAA.

They shouldn't be able to do much offensively or defensively tonight against a Big Ten powerhouse.

UCLA was ranked 12th coming into this season and escaped in a close game in it's first game .

We think that the Bruins will wake up tonight and roll to a large victory.

We will lay the number.

Our selection is on the Colgate Raiders to defeat the Northeastern Huskies on Saturday at 5:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Northeastern has a pretty tough schedule to start this season out of the conference.

The Huskies were hoping to start 1-0, but lost in Overtime at home against Boston University.

They hit just five three pointers in that whole game (45 minutes) compared to the 11 that the Raiders hit in less time.

Colgate also lost it's first game but that was expected as it was up against Michigan State.

The Raiders played well in that game though and have the momentum in our eyes, coming back home.

We'll take Colgate today.

Our selection is on the Miami Heat to cover the spread against the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday at 9:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Miami has been playing much faster this season and it's helped it have a winning record through seven games.

The Heat are now 5-2 against the spread on the year and it's difficult to see them losing by more than 10.

They have been really disrespected by the oddsmakers too, being underdog's now in seven of their first eight games.

Denver has also started well, but hasn't covered the spread in either of it's L2 games.

The Nuggets are 0-5 versus the spread over their L5 games against opponents from the Eastern Conference since last year.

Our selection is on the New Mexico Lobos to defeat the East Texas A&M Lions on Wednesday at 9:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

New Mexico saw Boise State lose *(another Mountain West team) on the first day of the season and will not want to take any chances.

The Lobos will be a force in the conference again by the end of this season, once the guys get some chemistry together, with a new head coach, the same guy that brought UCSD to life last year.

They should have really good rim protection with how lengthy they are, and solid shooting all around.

East Texas A&M is really bad. It was 5-26 last season and it's hoping to be better, but that's going to have to start in the weaker conference, not against higher levelled opponents.

Our selection is on the Florida State Seminoles to defeat the Alcorn State Braves on Tuesday at 7:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Alcorn State could be in for a long season this year.

The Braves lost every single one of their starters and have a really tough out of conference schedule to start the season.

They are a really small school that will travel down to Florida for this game.

Florida State has a first year head coach wanting to prove a point in his first game.

The Seminoles had an off-season in 2024-2025. But, they look poised for a bounce back season and have some real skill on this team.

We see the Seminoles winning this game by more than 20 points tonight.

Our selection is on the Boston Celtics to defeat the Utah Jazz on Monday at 7:40pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Utah played yesterday and will have to travel from Charlotte to Boston overnight.

The Jazz have started the season with a couple of wins, but have now lost back-to-back games and are falling back to reality.

They had lost 10 games in a row on the road before the Charlotte game (hasn't started yet before this writeup.)

Boston is in need for a game like this with a losing record so far too. As a big favorite at home.

The Celtics have been great recently though winning three of their L4.

Our selection is on the Florida Gators to defeat the Arizona Wildcats on Monday at 7:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Florida is the defending champions and will attempt the begin the season with a win today.

The Gators bring back some of their core and add some of the best players from the portal.

They have a really good back court again and will be really hard to stop as they are one of the favorites to win again.

Arizona has hype because it's got Bryce James now, the other son of LeBron.

The Wildcats are going to be solid this season in the really skilled Big 12 Conference. But, we think that they are a bit overhyped.

We're on Florida on Monday. This game isn't a home game for either team which should help the Gators.

Our selection is on the Denver Nuggets to defeat the New Orleans Pelicans on Wednesday at 9:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

New Orleans has lost all three games this season and has really relied on Zion Williamson's production this season.

When Zion didn't play, the Pelicans lost 122-90 at home against the Celtics.

He's questionable tonight and if he plays, he will not be completely himself.

Denver has played really well over the L2 games and it's always difficult to play games in the elevation of Denver.

The Nuggets are scoring loads of points averaging 130.3 points a game so far this year.

Our selection is on the Dallas Mavericks to defeat the Toronto Raptors on Sunday at 7:40pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Toronto has looked quite good over the first two games even though it's split the games.

The Raptors did fall off a bit in the second half of the last game though.

They haven't done too well against Dallas over the last couple of years, just 2-7 over their L9 games against it.

Dallas hasn't started the season well losing by double digits in both games.

But, the Mavericks are at home and this is a great chance to pick up their first win, at home.

We're on this higher quality Dallas to get out of the rut on Sunday.

Our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder to defeat the Indiana Pacers on Thursday at 7:40pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Oklahoma City has already won a game on Opening Night and got the excitement of the new season and early jitters out of the way.

The Thunder won commandingly once Haliburton got hurt last season in the Finals. They were a Western Conference best, 32-8 in away games last season.

OKC also has an 11-3 record versus the spread over their L14 games played against opponents from the Central Division of the East Conference.

Indiana will be without Hali for a lot of the season if not the whole thing. It also lost Myles Turner. Both of those have caused huge downgrades.

We think that this one is going to get ugly.

Our selection is on the Detroit Pistons to defeat the Chicago Bulls on Wednesday at 8:10pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Detroit was a playoff team last year and really challenged the Knicks in maybe the best playoff series.

J.B. Bickerstaff had the Pistons playing really good team ball and should have them back in the postseason again with a winning record.

They were 11-6 against the spread last season when playing as a road favorite.

Chicago hasn't done much to improve and Giddey + Vucevic are going to need to do so much for it do have any sort of hope early on with no White.

The Bulls are very young and are probably in a rebuilding year this season.

We're on the Pistons to start the season off on the right foot.

Our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder to defeat the Indiana Pacers on Friday at 8:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Oklahoma City did not look like itself in Game Three and we think that it will bounce back in Game Four.

The Thunder are a better home team, but are still 26-21 versus the spread on the road in spite of losing eight in a row.

They are 63-37-1 against the spread in all of their games this season.

Indiana is 23-25-1 versus the spread when playing at home this year.

In the past, when Indiana loses to OKC, it typically loses against the spread too.

We think that OKC wins this game as the favorite.

Indiana did a really good job getting to the finals. But we think that it's met it's match.

The Pacers have a losing record against the spread in all games this season.

Oklahoma City has been the best team in the NBA this season by quite a bit and it's big favorites in Game One.

The Thunder are 9-0 against the spread over their L9 games against opponents from the Eastern Conference.

They have also won six games in a row at home.

We're on the Thunder in Game One.

Our selection is on the New York Knicks to defeat the Indiana Pacers on Sunday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

New York lost the first two games of this series but still is in this series with a win tonight.

The Knicks are playing better on the road and have won six of their L7 games on the road since the final game of the regular season.

In Game Two, they had the bad taste of Game One in their mouths. Now, they can reset and have a much cleaner basketball game.

Indiana has been a terrific story in these playoffs with three of the most insane comebacks in playoff history already.

But, the Pacers are just 12-17-1 versus the spread at home against opponents within the Eastern Conference this year.

Our selection is on the Oklahoma City Thunder to defeat the Minnesota Timberwolves on Tuesday at 8:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Minnesota did well to beat Golden State before Steph Curry was able to return from his injury.

The Timberwolves are a really good team overall but we don't think that they'll be able to switch from an injured GS team to the best team in the NBA this year so fast.

Oklahoma City was battle tested in the last game but was able to stay alive.

The Thunder have been extremely good against the spread this year.

They've covered versus the spread in 33 of 49 games at home .

Previously in the series we took Denver (2nd Round Game Of The Year.) It was a winner.

The Nuggets are playing OKC really tight this series and this seems like too many points for a Game Seven.

They are 6-1 versus the spread over their L7 games since the last game of the first series,

Oklahoma City is really good but is just 1-7 against the spread over it's L8.

It's also just 2-7 against the spread over it's L9 games versus Denver at home.

Our selection is on the Boston Celtics to defeat the New York Knicks on Friday at 8:00pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Boston won't have Tatum for the rest of the year but it looked really good without him in Game Five.

The Celtics had big performances from White and Pritchard and will look for that again.

They are 35-10 on the road this year -- better than their home record.

New York is just 2-5 over its L7 games played at Madison Square Garden.

The Knicks have been known to fall short in the playoffs so far this decade and we could see it happening again.

We're on the Celtics to stay hot after last game.

Playing in Denver is one of the hardest places to play with the elevation involved.

The Nuggets are one of the top teams in the NBA when playing as an underdog this season (50% win percentage.)

We think that Denver shocks OKC and wins again in Game Four.

Our selection is on the Cleveland Cavaliers to defeat the Indiana Pacers on Friday at 7:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

Cleveland lost both the first two games of the second round series but still has faith.

The Cavaliers should get back at least one of their injured stars today -- hopefully all of them (Garland / Mobley / Hunter.)

They are 28-15 against the spread this season when playing on the road.

Indiana is a lot better at home, but this is against the top team in the East. Cleveland won't go down not fighting.

The Pacers are just 1-4 versus the spread over their L5 home games vs Cleveland.

Oklahoma City blew a giant lead in Game One and lost outright as big favorites.

The Thunder are even bigger favorites today and we think that they will be able to bounce back.

They are 57-30-1 against the spread this season, the best of any team in the NBA.

Denver now has the home court advantage that it wanted badly.

The Nuggets got blown out in a few games against Los Angeles in the First Round and now could have the same thing happen to them today.

They are just 42-46-2 versus the spread this year including the playoffs.

Our selection is on the Detroit Pistons to defeat the New York Knicks on Thursday at 7:30pm ET for a number of reasons. Here are some of the more important ones:

New York is 5-13 as an underdog this year and just 2-7 versus teams within the Eastern Conference.

Detroit won the last game and will be back at home for tonight's Game Six.

The Pistons are 18-8 as a favorite against opponents within the Eastern Conference this year.

Staying within the conference, they are 14-6 overall in their L20 games versus East teams.

Miami has not been good as an underdog this season -- 12-29.

The Heat are just 1-7 now over their L8 games played against opponents in the Central Division of the Eastern Conference.

Oklahoma City won big again in Game Two. It's won every game against Memphis easily this year.

The Thunder look a lot better in a lot of ways. Out coaching and out playing the Grizzlies.

Memphis is just 4-20 this season as an underdog against opponents within the Western Conference.

The Grizzlies are also 6-12 versus the spread over their L18 games this year.

Golden State has failed to cover against the spread in four of its L6 games.

The Warriors will be hoping to make this a close game but we think that the Rockets will be ready for the challenge in game one at home.

Detroit is exceeding a lot of peoples expectations this season with a 44-36 overall record.

The Pistons won their last game against the Knicks at home by nine and have won 18 of 23 games as a favorite versus opponents within the Eastern Conference this year.

They are also 5-0 against the spread over their L5 games against opponents within the Central Division.

Milwaukee is 3-9 this season when playing against Eastern Conference opponents as an underdog.

The Bucks have won 14 games in a row at Detroit. But we think that the Pistons are due to change that tonight.

Sacramento is falling in the standings and desperately need to win this game to avoid more damage.

The Kings are the last team into the Western Conference playoffs (PLAY-IN TOURNAMENT) right now.

They beat Charlotte by 42 already this season though.

We think that this game could be another mistmatch and lopsided score.

Butler shoots the three ball at a much higher clip than Utah does.
