07-01-19 | Toronto v. Saskatchewan UNDER 52.5 | 7-32 | Win | 100 | 41 h 36 m | Show
This is an 8* play on TOR@SASK to go Under the total. The Riders opened the season with a 23-17 loss at Hamilton, and they held Jeremaiah Masoli to 169 yards and a TD on 17-of-28 passing. That's an impressive showing from their defense when you consider that Masoli was second in the CFL last year in passing yards, and has since lit up the Argos and the Als. Cody Fajardo certainly doesn't rank among the top quarterbacks in the CFL, but he's probably a better option than the argos have at their disposal. These two teams have failed to reach the total in three of the last four head to head meetings and tonight's total is higher than it was in any of those previous games. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

06-30-19 | Rangers v. Rays OVER 7.5 | 2-6 | Win | 100 | 11 h 47 m | Show
This is an 8* play on TEX@TB to go Over the total. The Rangers and the Rays have split the first two games of this series, and the bookmakers have set a low total for the rubber match. While the first two games of this series were each low scoring, Tampa had seen at least eight runs scoring in each of their previous five home games. Blake Snell will toe the rubber for the Rays, and he doesn't appear to be 100 percent of late. He's been lit up for 13 runs on 13 hits and five walks over just 3 2/3 innings in his last two appearances. The Rangers hand the ball to 36 year old Jesse Chavez, who has mostly worked out of the bullpen. The over is 4-0 in Snell's last four home starts. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
06-30-19 | Royals v. Blue Jays OVER 9.5 | Top | 7-6 | Win | 100 | 16 h 21 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on KC@TOR to go Over the total. The Blue Jays have scored 13 runs while winning the first two games of this home series versus Kansas City, and we could see another high scoring affair on Sunday. Aaron Sanchez will toe the slab for Toronto, and he's allowed seven or more runs in three straight starts. Sanchez allowed seven runs on nine hits and two walks over 3 2/3 innings in an 11-6 loss to the Angels in his last home start. The Royals hand the ball to Brad Keller, who has also been taking a beating of late. Kansas City is 1-9 in his last 10 appearances, and he's 1-6, with a 4.62 ERA in 11 road starts. The over is 13-5-1 in the Jays last 19 home games. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
06-29-19 | Phillies v. Marlins UNDER 8.5 | Top | 6-9 | Loss | -115 | 19 h 33 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on PHI@MIA to go Under the total. The Phillies are just 16-22 on the road, and they lost Game 1 in Miami by a score of 6-2 last night. Jordan Yamamoto will toe the slab for the Fish in Game 2, and the rookie has been dealing. He allowed a pair of runs on a pair of hits, striking out seven in five innings in a win over the Phillies in his last start. He tossed 14 scoreless innings in back to back wins against the Cardinals prior to that. The Phillies hand the ball to Zack Eflin, who has pitched well against Miami. He went the distance, allowing a run on seven hits in a 5-1 home win over the Fish earlier this season. Only Detroit has scored fewer runs in the major leagues this season than Miami. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
06-28-19 | Montreal v. Hamilton UNDER 58.5 | 10-41 | Win | 100 | 22 h 31 m | Show
This is a 5* play on MTL@HAM to go Under the total. If anyone was encouraged by the Als 32-25 loss in Week 1, perhaps they should examine the game a little closer. Montreal scored just eight points in the first three quarters, before a late rally that came up short. Keep in mind that this team scored the fewest points in the CFL last year, and they have failed to reach the total in nine of their last 12 road games. The under is 24-4 in their last 28 games in the first month of the season. Hamilton opened the season with a 23-17 win over Saskatchewan, and I think that's a more accurate example of what this team is than last week's 64-14 win over Toronto. The total here is far higher (at least seven points) than it was in the previous 10 head to head meetings. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
06-22-19 | Australia (W) v. Norway (W) OVER 3 | 1-1 | Loss | -100 | 4 h 33 m | Show
This is an 8* play on Over 2.5. The Australians have plenty of firepower, totaling seven goals in their last two matches. Sam Kerr is rated as one of the top women at this World Cup, and she proved why when she netted four goals in the last match against Jamaica. The Aussie women have been pretty shoddy on defense however, conceding a whopping 13 goals in their last five matches. It's unlikely that either of these two teams will post a clean sheet, as Norway has also looked vulnerable. With VAR reviewing anything close, no penalties will be missed. The strict rules for goaltenders coming off their line will also lead to less missed penalties. I expect both teams to score here in a high scoring game. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
06-21-19 | Tigers v. Indians UNDER 7.5 | 6-7 | Loss | -100 | 6 h 13 m | Show
This is an 8* play on Under 8. The Tigers rank dead last in the major leagues in runs scored, and we should be in for a pitcher's duel in Cleveland tonight. Trevor Bauer will toe the slab for the Indians, and he is coming off a dominant performance against the Tigers. Bauer (5-6, 3.41 ERA) went the distance, allowing four hits and fanning eight in a shutout win over Detroit his last time out. The Tigers hand the ball to Mathew Boyd, who has owned the Indians. Boyd (5-5, 3.35 ERA) allowed one run on four hits, striking out six in six innings in a win over the Indians in his last start versus Cleveland. The under is 7-1 in Boyd's last eight starts against the Indians. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

06-15-19 | Ottawa v. Calgary UNDER 51.5 | 32-28 | Loss | -110 | 9 h 25 m | Show
This is a 5* play on OTT@CAL to go Under the total. The Calgary Stampeders were the best team in the CFL last year, and they have been by far the best team north of the border over the past decade. They open the season at home against Ottawa, who they beat 27-16 in last year's Grey Cup. The Stampeders won all three meetings versus Ottawa last season, and all three of those games went under the total. The Redblacks will come into this game without their starting quarterback, leading rusher and leading receiver from a year ago. The under is 21-5 in Calgary's last 26 games in the month of June, and they have failed to reach the total in eight of their last 11 home games. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
06-08-19 | Diamondbacks v. Blue Jays UNDER 8.5 | 6-0 | Win | 100 | 12 h 45 m | Show
This is an 8* play on ARI@TOR to go Under the total. The Diamondbacks won Game 1 in Toronto by a score of 8-2, but we should expect a pitcher's duel here in Game 2 at Rogers Centre. Aaron Sanchez will toe the slab for Toronto, and he's owned Arizona in his career. Sanchez (3-6, 3.95 ERA) allowed two runs on four hits in six innings in a no decision versus Boston in his last home start. He's 2-2 with a 3.10 ERA in five home starts. The D'Backs hand the ball to Zack Greinke, who at the age of 35 continues to be one of the best in the business. Greinke (6-2, 3.09 ERA) was 1-1 with a 2.41 ERA in five starts in May. Arizona's lineup is batting a combined .115 over 78 at bats in previous meetings versus Sanchez. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

06-06-19 | Blues v. Bruins OVER 5.5 | Top | 2-1 | Loss | -100 | 10 h 58 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on STL@BOS to go Over the total. The Blues took advantage of Boston's banged up blueline in Game 4, and they have now out-shot the Bruins in three of the four games in these Finals. Boston could be without team captain Zedno Chara for Game 5, and that could make life difficult for Tukka Rask. The Bruins will hope the power play can deliver again on home ice. Boston has been lethal with the man advantage in this post-season, hitting at almost 35 percent. The Bruins scored on all four of their power play chances in Game 3, but they only had 2 chances in Game 4 and went 0-for-2. Given the injuries on defense for Boston, I could see this shaping up to be another high scoring game. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
06-03-19 | Bruins v. Blues OVER 5.5 | 2-4 | Win | 125 | 10 h 55 m | Show
This ia a 10* play on Over 5. It's do or die for the St. Louis Blues, and I expect to see them play a lot better in Game 4 than they did in Game 3. The Bruins had four power play chances in Game 3, scoring on all four. Jordan Binnington was pulled after giving up five goals on 19 shots, and he let in some soft goals. The rookie might be falling apart, he really hasn't played as well since the second round. He gave up five goals in two of the first three games against San Jose. Only once in the Blues last eight games have they seen less than five goals scored. I think the chances are we will see more than five goals combined in Game 4. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
05-29-19 | Blues v. Bruins UNDER 5.5 | Top | 3-2 | Win | 100 | 7 h 31 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on Under 5.5. I had the under in Game 1, and unfortunately an empty net goal killed me in the final minute. Here is what I said before the game: "They say that defense wins championships, and both teams in this year's Stanley Cup Finals are solid defensively. Both teams have been riding hot goaltenders, and goals could be hard to come by in Game 1.The Bruins have to like their chances with Tukka Rask, who leads all goaltenders in this year's playoffs with a 1.84 GAA. He's coming off an oustanding series against Carolina, allowing just one goal in his last two starts. Both of those games went under the total. Jordan Binnington allowed just two goals in his final three starts in the Western Conference Finals. He was 24-5-1 with a 1.89 GAA during the regular season. Both teams ranked in the top 5 in goals against during the regular season. We should see a tight, low scoring Game 1" Boston was a little sloppy early, but they cleaned things up in the final two periods. I expect to see both teams tighten up in this pivotal second game. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

05-22-19 | Nationals v. Mets OVER 6 | 1-6 | Win | 100 | 4 h 6 m | Show
This is an 8* play on WAS@NYM to go Over the total. I had the over in yesterday's game at Citi Field, and cashed it in with the Mets 6-5 victory. Here is what I said prior to the game: "The Nats hand the ball to Erick Fedde who has been working out of the bullpen this season. He last saw action in a 7-6 win over the Mets, allowing four runs on four hits over 2 2/3 innings. The Nationals rank dead last in the majors with an ERA of 6.60." Even after a solid outing from Fedde, the bullpen blew it once again for Washington. Scherzer hasn't been himself so far this season, and neither has deGrom. The weather man says the wind is blowing out and the long ball could be a factor. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |

05-21-19 | Nationals v. Mets OVER 8 | Top | 5-6 | Win | 100 | 22 h 21 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on WAS@NYM to go Over the total. The Nationals and the Mets will meet for the 12th time in Game 2 of this series Tuesday. The Mets face Erick Fedde for the third time in a week, while Wheeler faces the Nats for the fourth time this season. Zack Wheeler has been better at home than he has been on the road. He struck out 11 batters in seven innings in his last home start, but that was against the Marlins. The Nats have owned him, batting a .352 against him over a combined 176 at bats. The Nats hand the ball to Erick Fedde who has been working out of the bullpen this season. He last saw action in a 7-6 win over the Mets, allowing four runs on four hits over 2 2/3 innings.The Nationals rank dead last in the majors with an ERA of 6.60. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |

05-19-19 | Colorado Rapids v. LA Galaxy OVER 2.5 | 1-0 | Loss | -200 | 28 h 43 m | Show
This is a 5* play on over 2.5. The LA Galaxy are coming off consecutive losses, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic didn't score in either of those two matches (at Columbus and at home versus NYFC). Zlatan isn't often held off the score sheet, he's scored nine goals in 10 matches so far this season. He will start against a Colorado team that has conceded 30 goals in 11 matches this season. The Rapid have a stranglehold in last place in the Western Conference, with a record of 0-2-9. I can't see Colorado earning any points here on the road against an LA team coming off back to back losses. Look for the Galaxy to win big. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
05-17-19 | Rockies v. Phillies OVER 9 | Top | 4-5 | Push | 0 | 25 h 60 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on COL@PHI to go Over the total. The Phillies come into Game 1 of this home series versus Colorado as losers of three straight. They lost 11-3 to the Brewers yesterday, and I expect another slugfest here on Friday. Jon Gray will toe the rubber for the Rockies, and he's been torched for 10 runs on 15 hits in 10 1/3 innings in his last two starts on the road. He's 0-2 with an 8.71 ERA in his last two starts at Philadelphia. The Phillies hand the ball to Cole Irvin, a 25 year old rookie making his second career start. He allowed a run on five hits in seven innings in his big league debut, but that was against the Royals. He faces a Rockies team that has won four of it's last six, scoring 10+ runs in three of those four wins. The over is 8-1-1 in the last 10 meetings in Philadelphia. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
05-13-19 | Blues v. Sharks OVER 5.5 | 4-2 | Win | 100 | 8 h 47 m | Show
This is a 5* play on STL@SJS to go Over the total. I had the over in Game 1, and here is what I said prior to the game: "The Sharks goaltender Martin Jones comes into tonight's game as statictically the worst netminder remaining in these playoffs. He ranks 14th in GAA, and 13th in save percentage. He was better in recent games in the Sharks second round series versus Colorado, but the Sharks know they will need to score if they want to advance to the Stanley Cup Finals. Goals haven't been hard to come by for this Sharks team, in fact Logan Couture and Thomas Hertl lead the playoffs in scoring each with nine goals. The Blues have been riding a rookie goaltender since midway through the season, but Jordan Binnington started to show some weakness in the series versus Dallas. I think the total of 5 is a little too low here." Sure enough the Sharks got to Binnington, and the result was a 6-3 shootout. I expect more of the same in Game 2. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
05-12-19 | Blazers v. Nuggets UNDER 213.5 | 100-96 | Win | 100 | 6 h 44 m | Show
This is a 10* play on POR@DEN to go Under. Winning a Game 7 on the road isn't easy, and for Portland they will be playing at altitude in Denver where the Nuggets owned the best home record in the NBA this season. Denver has won just two of their three home games in this series, suffering a let down in Game 2. They won by a whopping 26 points (124-98) in the last game at the Pepsi Center. The Trail Blazers are 2-5-1 ATS in the last eight meetings in Denver, and they are 5-11 ATS in their last 16 Conference Semifinals games. The Nuggets were up by 14 points at halftime in Game 7 versus the Spurs, and they held San Antonio to just 34 first half points. Both teams will likely be fighting extra hard on defense tonight. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
05-12-19 | Wolverhampton Wanderers v. Liverpool OVER 2.5 | 0-2 | Loss | -182 | 8 h 41 m | Show
This is an 8* play on Over 2.5. Liverpool will come into the final match day trailing Manchester City by just a single point, and they will need a miracle to finish first in the Premier League. The Citizens will be playing at Brighton Hove Albion, a bottom feeder that is already safe from relegation. The task isn't as easy for Liverpool, facing a Wolverhampton team that has scored 47 goals in 37 matches this season. The Wanderers sit seventh in the table just below Manchester United. Four of the last five matches between these teams have seen at least three goals, and I expect to see plenty of scoring here in this season finale. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
05-06-19 | Warriors v. Rockets UNDER 220.5 | Top | 108-112 | Win | 100 | 9 h 43 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on GSW@HOU to go Under the total. I had the under in Game 3, and after a low scoring first half it was bitter disappointment as they piled on the points in the third quarter and then eventually went to overtime. I don't think the Warriors have any interest in allowing the Rockets to tie this series, and they should step up the defensive intensity in the first half of Game 4. Here is what I said prior to Game 3: "Game 1 of this series was a close, low scoring battle with the Warriors winning 104-100. Game 2 was shaping up to be a similar score through three quarters, before an offensive explosion of 67 points in the fourth quarter. The Rockets are now on the ropes, and Game 3 might as well be an elimination game. James Harden is banged up, taking a shot to the face in Game 2 that has left him with vision problems. Steph Curry dislocated a finger in the last game, and we can expect more bumps and bruises as this series goes on. These two teams have failed to reach the total in nine of the last 11 meetings, and the under is 20-7 in the last 27 meetings in Houston. The Rockets have failed to reach the total in seven straight when coming off an ATS loss." Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

This is a 10* play on GSW@HOU to go Under the total. Game 1 of this series was a close, low scoring battle with the Warriors winning 104-100. Game 2 was shaping up to be a similar score through three quarters, before an offensive explosion of 67 points in the fourth quarter. 05-03-19 | Bucks v. Celtics UNDER 220 | 123-116 | Loss | -105 | 43 h 59 m | Show
This is an 8* play on MIL@BOS to go Under the total. I bet on the Celtics to win this series, so I am happy with Boston coming home with a split. While the Bucks ran away with Game 2, it was actually a close game early. Boston had a five point lead after the first quarter, and they trailed by just four points at halftime. Expect Boston to bounce back, they have covered the spread in six of their last seven home games versus Milwaukee. The last two times Milwaukee played in a playoff game in Boston, they failed to score 100 points in each of those games. Here is what I said before Game 1: "So the Bucks were the better team in the regular season, and because of that they are a significant favorite in this second round series versus Boston. Granted they have home court advantage, so laying a few points would make plenty of sense. Giving Boston 8+ points though seems absolutely illogical to me. The last time these teams played each other, Boston won by a score of 117-113. The last time Boston played at Milwaukee they lost by a score of 98-97. Kyrie Irving is a proven playoff performer with a championship ring, and this Celtics team has proven itself in the post-season. Milwaukee is coming off a four game sweep of Detroit, a subpar team who's best player (Blake Griffin) was injured. I don't think that helps them prepare for the challenge they will face here versus the Celtics." Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

05-01-19 | Blazers v. Nuggets UNDER 220 | Top | 97-90 | Win | 100 | 6 h 22 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on POR@DEN to go Under the total. The Nuggets won Game 1 in a high scoring affair, with both teams shooting over 50 percent from the field. I expect them to see plenty of push back from the Blazers in Game 2, and I expect those numbers to go down. In four home games against the Spurs, Denver allowed an average of 95 points per game. The under is 13-4 in Nuggets last 17 home games, and they are 6-0 ATS in their last six Conference Semifinals games. We've seen a lot of talk about the officiating in these playoffs, but the consensus from the league seems to be to let them play. I think the total for tonight's game appears to be a little inflated, and I'll fade the big number. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-29-19 | Astros v. Twins UNDER 8 | Top | 0-1 | Win | 100 | 25 h 21 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on HOU@MIN to go Under the total. The Astros are in Minnesota on Monday, and Game 1 of this series figures to be a pitcher's duel. Justin Verlander will toe the slab for Houston, and he's been very sharp so far this season. Verlander (4-0, 2.61 ERA) allowed one run on four hits, striking out eight in eight innings in a home win over Minnesota his last time out. The Twin hand the ball to Jake Odorizzi, who is also having a great start to the season. Odorizzi (2-2, 4.37 ERA) allowed a pair of runs on eight hits in 5 2/3 innings in a win at Houston his last time out. The Twins haven't had any success against Verlander, batting a combined .167 over 203 at bats against him. They have twice as many strikeouts than they do hits during that span. Take Under. 04-24-19 | Manchester City v. Manchester United OVER 3 | Top | 2-0 | Loss | -120 | 232 h 5 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on Over 3. The last time we saw the Manchester Derby play such a key role in the Premier League Title was back in 2009. These two teams put on quite a show in that game, Manchester United scored the winner in injury time, and the Red Devils won by a score of 4-3. I expect today's game to be another classic, and we should see plenty of scoring. Manchester City is coming off an epic Champions League defeat to Tottenham, winning 4-3 but losing on Aggregate because of the away goals. The potential winner for Manchester City was disallowed by VAR. Manchester United has been dreadful defensively, and they allowed four goals in a loss to Everton over the weekend. This game should be a shootout. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |

04-23-19 | Phillies v. Mets UNDER 8.5 | 0-9 | Loss | -121 | 25 h 1 m | Show
This is a 10* play on PHI@NYM to go Under the total. The Phillies bats were awful quiet in a four game series in Colorado, losing three of four games, and scoring just six runs in those losses. Now they head from a hitter's park to a pitcher's park here in New York. Zach Eflin will toe the slab for the visitors in Game 2 at Citi Field, and he's 2-2 with a 3.68 ERA in four starts so far. He allowed three runs on seven hits over six innings in a 6-2 loss at Colorado his last time out. The Mets hand the ball to Zack Wheeler, who hasn't been all that sharp in his first four starts of the season. He's got good numbers against Philly though, going 3-0 with a 3.81 ERA in his last five starts against them. He owns Bryce Harper, who is batting .179 with 11 strikeouts in 28 career at bats against Wheeler. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

This is a 10* play on Over 2.5. The San Jose Earthquakes have lost five of six games so far, with a -10 goal differential. They host Kansas City on Saturday, and KC is just 2-3-1 despite a +7 goal differential. Neither of these two teams are great defensively, and we should see an open game here tonight. We've seen a combined 10 goals in the last two head to head meetings between these teams, and KC has allowed a whopping 13 goals in their last four games overall. San Jose has seen at least three goals combined in all six of their games this season. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |

I bet on the under in Game 2 of this series, and here is what I said prior to tip off: "The Pacers lost Game 1 by a score of 84-74, and yet the public is still betting on tonight's Game 2 to go over 200 points. I don't think Indiana is going to change a thing, coming out with every intention of muddying things up, playing down and dirty defensive basketball. The Pacers were the league's top defensive team in the regular season, ranking 1st in opponent's scoring average. Neither team shot the ball well in Game 1, and good looks will continue to be hard to come by throughout this series in my opinion." Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

04-18-19 | Royals v. Yankees UNDER 9 | 6-1 | Win | 100 | 16 h 51 m | Show
This is an 8* play on KC@NYY to go Under the total. The Yankees have failed to reach the total in four straight, and we might expect another low scoring game in Game 1 versus Kansas City. Home Bailey will toe the rubber for the Royals, and he's coming off a real gem. Bailey (1-1, 5.29 ERA) tossed seven scoreless innings, allowing just two hits while striking out six in a 3-0 win over Cleveland. The Yankees hand the ball to Domingo German, who has been dealing in 2019. German (3-0, 1.38 ERA) has allowed just one run on one hit over seven innings in two appearances at home so far. These two teams have failed to reach the total in six of the last eight meetings in the Bronx. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-17-19 | Angels v. Rangers OVER 10.5 | 4-5 | Loss | -108 | 7 h 44 m | Show
This is an 8* play on LAA@TEX to go Over the total. The Rangers shutout the Angels in a 5-0 win in Texas last night, but I expect both teams to score their share of runs here at the ballpark tonight. Matt Harvey will toe the slab for LA, and the Dark Knight has fallen on dark times. Harvey (0-1, 10.05 ERA) allowed six runs on seven hits an two walks over 4 1/3 innings in a home loss to the Brewers his last time out. The Rangers hand the ball to Lance Lynn, who was torched for seven runs on 10 hits in 5 2/3 innings against the Cubs in his last home start. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-17-19 | Pacers v. Celtics UNDER 207 | 91-99 | Win | 100 | 6 h 49 m | Show
This is a 10* play on IND@BOS to go Under the total. The Pacers lost Game 1 by a score of 84-74, and yet the public is still betting on tonight's Game 2 to go over 200 points. I don't think Indiana is going to change a thing, coming out with every intention of muddying things up, playing down and dirty defensive basketball. The Pacers were the league's top defensive team in the regular season, ranking 1st in opponent's scoring average. Neither team shot the ball well in Game 1, and good looks will continue to be hard to come by throughout this series in my opinion. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

04-17-19 | Tottenham Hotspur v. Manchester City OVER 2.5 | 3-4 | Win | 100 | 2 h 19 m | Show
This is a 5* play on Over 2.5. Manchester City returns home for this second leg match against Spurs needing to score at least twice to advance in the Champions League. If Spurs score just one goal, City will need three goals to advance. Needless to say, a conservative approach just won't do for the home side here. Fear not City fans, your club has the best home record in the Premier League, scoring 55 goals in 17 matches with a +43 goal differential. This should be an exciting match at the Etihad. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-16-19 | Blue Jays v. Twins UNDER 9 | 6-5 | Loss | -113 | 9 h 48 m | Show
This is an 8* play on TOR@MIN to go Under the total. The Blue Jays earned a rare win at Minnesota in Game 1, and they send another hot pitcher to the mound in Game 2. Aaron Sanchez will toe the slab for Toronto, and he's looking good so far. Sanchez (1-1, 1.69 ERA) has allowed three earned runs over 16 innings of work in three starts. The Twins hand the ball to Kyle Gibson, who is 2-0 with a 5.09 ERA in his last four starts against Toronto. He faces a Blue Jays lineup that is batting just .210 on the season. These two teams have failed to reach the total in seven of the last 10 meetings in Minnesota. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-15-19 | Flames v. Avalanche UNDER 6 | 2-6 | Loss | -109 | 2 h 11 m | Show
This is an 8* play on CGY@COL to go Under the total. The Flames head to Colorado with the series tied 1-1, which is a bit of a disappointment for a 1st seed facing an 8th seed. Calgary has to be happy with the play of veteran goaltender Mike Smith, who leads the playoffs with a 1.40 GAA and a .954 save percentage. He and Philip Grubauer put on a show in Game 2, and we might expect another goaltender's duel tonight. Grubauer was 9-3-2 with a 1.69 GAA in his final 16 appearances in the regular season. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-15-19 | Royals v. White Sox OVER 9.5 | 4-5 | Loss | -100 | 21 h 14 m | Show
This is an 8* play on KC@CWS to go Over the total. The White Sox return home after taking two of three from the Yankees in the Bronx, and their bats may remain hot against a struggling KC pitching staff. Heath Fillmyer will make his second start of the season for the Royals, and he was roughed up in his debut. He allowed five runs on six hits and three walks in just three innings in a home loss to Seattle. The Sox hand the ball to Ervin Santana who was also torched in his season debut. Both of these teams have struggling bullpens, so we should expect some runs scored here in Chicago. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-15-19 | Cardinals v. Brewers OVER 9.5 | 7-10 | Win | 103 | 6 h 41 m | Show
This is an 8* play on STL@MIL to go Over the total. The Cardinals come into Milwaukee as winners of six of their last seven, and they might just tee off on a young Milwaukee pitcher in Game 1. Freddy Peralta will toe the slab for the Brewers, and the 22 year old was hit hard in his season debut at home. He allowed four runs on six hits and three walks in just three innings in a 9-5 loss to St. Louis. The Cardinals hand the ball to Dakota Hudson, who got the start opposite Peralta in that game. He allowed four runs on seven hits and a pair of walks over 4 1/3 innings in that game. He hasn't allowed a run in two appearances since. The over is 4-1 in Peralta's last five home starts. Take OVER. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-14-19 | Rays v. Blue Jays UNDER 8 | 8-4 | Loss | -100 | 3 h 58 m | Show
This is an 8* play on TB@TOR to go Under the total. The Blue Jays have split the first two games of this home series versus Tampa, and I expect to see a pitcher's duel in the rubber match this afternoon. Marcus Stroman will toe the slab for Toronto, and he's been solid in three starts for the Jays. The right-hander is still looking for his first victory, despite giving his team a chance to win in all three of his starts. The Rays hand the ball to Charlie Morton, who has been dealing so far in 2019. The veteran is 2-0 with a 2.25 ERA, and he's had plenty of success against Toronto. Morton is 2-0 with a 1.80 ERA in his last three starts versus the Jays. Toronto is batting a combined .201 so far this season. Take UNDER. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-14-19 | White Sox v. Yankees UNDER 9 | 5-2 | Win | 100 | 3 h 56 m | Show
This is a 10* play on CWS@NYY to go Under the total. The Bronx Bombers are banged up, and they come into today's home game against Chicago with just one win in their last five games. We might fancy a pitcher's duel in the Bronx this afternoon. Masahiro Tanaka will toe the slab for New York, and he's coming off a gem his last time out. Tanaka (1-0, 1.47 ERA) allowed one run on three hits over six innings in a no decision at Houston. He's allowed three runs on 14 hits while striking out a dozen over 12 1/3 innings in two starts at home. The White Sox hand the ball to Carlos Rodon, who won't have to face Gary Sanchez and Giancarlo Stanton. That being said, they are a combined 0-for-9 against him. The Yankees entire lineup has hit just .159 over a combined 63 at bats versus the lefty. Rodon is 1-1 with a 1.59 ERA in two starts on the road this season. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-13-19 | Philadelphia v. LA Galaxy OVER 2.5 | 0-2 | Loss | -200 | 6 h 17 m | Show
This is a 5* play on Over 2.5. The LA Galaxy have won three straight, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic has three goals in just two matches since his return. They host the red hot Philadelphia Union tonight, and Philly comes in as winners of three straight as well. The Union totalled seven goals in those three wins. I expect to see both teams score here in LA, and we should see at least three goals combined. The Galaxy won by a score of 3-1 in the most recent head to head meeting, and four of the last five meetings have seen at least four goals combined. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-13-19 | Astros v. Mariners OVER 8.5 | 3-1 | Loss | -105 | 28 h 44 m | Show
This is a 10* play on HOU@SEA to go Over the total. The Mariners are knocking the cover off the ball, coming into tonight's game ranked 1st in the majors in scoring. Houston comes in as winners of seven straight, and they have scored 24 runs in their last three games. Felix Hernandez will toe the slab for Seattle, and The King isn't quite what he once was. He got knocked out of his last start after allowing a pair of runs on three hits in the first inning. He's recovering from an illness, and may not be 100 percent. The Astros hand the ball to Justin Verlander, who is also battling father time. He's been roughed up a little over his last two starts, giving up seven runs on 13 hits over 10 innings. Jose Altuve was 2-for-5 with a home run and four RBI last night, and he's batting .483 over 29 career at bats versus Felix. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-09-19 | Brewers v. Angels OVER 8.5 | 8-11 | Win | 100 | 11 h 5 m | Show
This is an 8* play on MIL@LAA to go Over the total. The Halos host the Brewers in Game 2 in LA tonight, and Mike Trout is the hottest hitter in baseball. He's batting .462 with five home runs and nine RBI in five home games. Freddy Peralata will toe the slab for the Brewers, and he's been far better at home than on the road in his career. The 22 year old is 2-3 with a 5.36 ERA in 10 appearances on the road over the last two seasons. The Halos hand the ball to Matt Harvey, and the Dark Knight is still struggling. He was rocked for eight runs on 10 hits and a pair of walks over 4 innings in a loss to Texas his last time out. The Brewers lineup has hit Harvey pretty hard, batting over .300 against him. Nobody has seen him more than Christian Yelich, who is batting .370 with a home run and five RBI in 27 at bats against him. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-08-19 | Texas Tech v. Virginia OVER 117.5 | Top | 77-85 | Win | 100 | 13 h 52 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on TTU@UVA to go Over the total. Both the Cavs and the Red Raiders are capable of completely shutting down their opponent, and each team has been involved in more than it's fair share of low scoring games. The bookmakers have taken this into account by posting a total well below what we normally see in an NCAA Tournmanet game. Both these teams come in averaging over 65 points per game in the tournament, and I expect both these teams to get their points tonight. The total for this game is lower than it was in any of either team's previous games at this tournament. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-06-19 | Portland v. San Jose OVER 2.5 | 0-3 | Win | 100 | 32 h 49 m | Show
This is a 5* play on POR@SJ to go Over the total. The San Jose Earthquakes and the Portland Timbers are sitting at the bottom of the table in the Western Conference. The Earthquakes have conceded an MLS worst 14 goals in four matches, while Portland has conceded just two fewer in as many matches. Portland opened the season with a wild 3-3 draw at Colorado in the snow, and has since lost three straight. This is familiar territory for San Jose, as the Earthquakes finished last in the West last year, conceding an MLS worst 71 goals in 34 matches. Portland though finished first in the West two years ago, and made the playoffs last year. We should see both these teams get plenty of chances to score here this afternoon. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-06-19 | Twins v. Phillies OVER 8 | 6-2 | Push | 0 | 3 h 45 m | Show
This is an 8* play on MIN@PHI to go Over the total. The Phillies are knocking the cover off the ball so far this season, and they are coming off a 10-4 win over the Twins on Friday. Jake Arrieta will toe the slab for the Phillies, and he escaped without any major damage in his first start of the season. The veteran allowed one run on three hits over six innings in a win over Atlanta, but he also walked six batters in that game. The Twins hand the ball to Michael Pineda, who pitched four scoreless innings in a win over Cleveland in his debut. Maikel Franco leads the Phillies with 10 RBI, and he's 3-for-3 with a home run lifetime versus Pineda. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-05-19 | Hawks v. Magic UNDER 226 | Top | 113-149 | Loss | -110 | 28 h 11 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on ATL@ORL to go Under the total. The Magic have won eight straight home games, and they are in a position to clinch the Southeast Division with just three games left in the season. They host Atlanta in their final home game, and Atlanta has won five of it's last seven. Orlando ranks 5th in the NBA in opponent's scoring average, and they have allowed an average of less than 100 points during their eight game home win streak. The under is 36-16 in the last 52 meetings between the two teams, and four of Orlando's last five home games against Atlanta have gone under the total. The opening number for tonight's game is higher than it was in any of the previous 10 head to head meetings. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-05-19 | Mariners v. White Sox OVER 8 | 8-10 | Win | 100 | 12 h 0 m | Show
This is an 8* play on SEA@CWS to go Over the total. The Mariners offense has been on a roll early in the season, scoring a major league best 56 runs. They will be on the road at Chicago Friday afternoon, and the White Sox have scored 17 runs while winning two of their last three. Reynaldo Lopez will toe the slab for the Sox, and he hasn't had much success against Seattle. He allowed five runs on five hits and four walks in five innings in a loss at Seattle last year. He was lit up for four runs on six hits and four walks in just four innings in his season debut. The Mariners hand the ball to Yusei Kickuchi, who has allowed five runs on eight hits over 10 innings in his first two starts for the Mariners. Jose Abreu was 2-for-5 with three RBIs against Cleveland on Wednesday. He owns left-handers, batting .307 versus southpaws since 2016. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-04-19 | Canadiens v. Capitals UNDER 6 | 1-2 | Win | 100 | 29 h 8 m | Show
This is an 8* play on MTL@WAS to go Under the total. The Habs will likely need to run the table in order to sneak into the playoffs, but given their recent play they might just be able to pull it off. Montreal is 6-1-1 in their last eight overall, and Carey Price has been dominant down the stretch. He was brilliant in a 3-1 win at Winnipeg on Saturday, stopping 23-of-24 shots. This game won't mean nearly as much to Washington, as the Caps have already clinched a playoff berth and they are three points clear of the Islanders in the Metropolitan Division. The road team has won seven of the last nine head to head meetings, and five of those games were decided by just one goal. The under is 17-6-5 in the last 28 meetings in Washington. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-04-19 | Blue Jays v. Indians UNDER 7.5 | 1-4 | Win | 100 | 19 h 11 m | Show
This is an 8* play on TOR@CLE to go Under the total. The Indians rank 30th in the majors batting just .160 so far this season, and the Jays aren't much better ranking 25th with a team batting average just over the Mendoza Line. Aaron Sanchez will toe the slab for Toronto in Game 1, and he was flawless in his season debut. Sanchez tossed five scoreless innings, allowing just three hits and striking out six in a win over the Tigers. The Indians hand the ball to Trevor Bauer, who is also coming off a gem in his season debut. Bauer allowed one run on a lone hit while striking out nine in seven innings in a win over Minnesota. The under is 12-4-1 in Bauer's last 17 starts overall. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-04-19 | Yankees v. Orioles UNDER 8.5 | 8-4 | Loss | -114 | 24 h 54 m | Show
This is an 8* play on NYY@BAL to go Under the total. The Bronx Bombers came into the season with high expectations, but they have fallen well short. They rank 22nd in the major leagues in runs scored, and they are 2.5 games out of first place in the AL East with a 2-4 record. James Paxton will toe the slab for New York, and the Big Maple pitched well in a loss to the Orioles last week. He allowed just a pair of runs on four hits, striking out five in 5 2/3 innings. He's 2-0 with a 2.55 ERA in his last two starts against Baltimore. The Orioles hand the ball to Alex Cobb, who didn't have a lot of highlights in 2018. Perhaps his best work came against the Yankees though, going 1-0 with a 2.25 ERA in three starts versus the Bronx Bombers. The under is 5-0 in the Orioles last five home games. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
04-01-19 | Angels v. Mariners OVER 9 | 3-6 | Push | 0 | 11 h 42 m | Show
This is an 8* play on LAA@SEA to go Over the total. The Mariners bats have been hot to start the season, scoring a whopping 34 runs while winning three of four against the Red Sox. We should expect another slugfest in Seattle tonight. Felix Hernandez will toe the slab for Seattle, but he appears to be a shadow of his former self. The six time All Star and 2010 Cy Young winner got hammered in Spring Training. That comes after going 0-7 with a 6.44 ERA in his final 10 starts last season. The Angels hand the ball to Chris Stratton, who has had his own struggles. The right-hander was 4-7 with a 5.45 ERA on the road last season. He was 2-4 with a 5.40 ERA in the second half. Felix is 2-4 with a 5.61 ERA in his last seven starts versus LA. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-31-19 | Portland v. LA Galaxy OVER 2.5 | 1-2 | Win | 100 | 28 h 8 m | Show
This is a 5* play on Over 2.5. The LA Galaxy won 3-2 at home versus Minnesota in their last match, and another high scoring game is expected as they host Portland tonight. The Timbers have conceded a whopping 10 goals in three matches so far this season, going 0-2-1. The Galaxy scored 66 goals last season, only one team in the West scored more (LAFC). Portland was 4-4-9 with a -11 goal differential in away matches last season. The Timbers conceded 35 goals in those games. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-31-19 | Auburn v. Kentucky OVER 140.5 | 77-71 | Win | 100 | 5 h 32 m | Show
This is an 8* play on AUB@UK to go Over the total. The Auburn Tigers averaged over 80 points per game during the regular season, but here in the tournament those numbers are up. It's not as though they have had any easy games, playing New Mexico State, Kansas and North Carolina. They rely heavily on the three-point shot, and they are coming off a 97 point performance against the Tar Heels. They shot 17-of-37 (45%) from beyond the arc in the victory. Kentucky is perhaps better defensively than their previous three opponents, but the Tigers did score 80 points in a home loss to the Wildscats earlier this season. The total of 140 appears to be a little too low. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-30-19 | Tigers v. Blue Jays UNDER 8.5 | 0-3 | Win | 102 | 13 h 14 m | Show
8* |
|||||||
03-30-19 | Watford v. Manchester United OVER 2.5 | Top | 1-2 | Win | 100 | 106 h 43 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on Over 2.5. The honeymoon phase is over at Old Trafford, and after a record start under Ole Gunna Soslkjaer the Red Devils have lost conecutive league matches, and have conceded six goals in their last three matches. They scored just one goal while losing back to back away games, but a return to Old Trafford could spark the offense. Romelu Lukaku failed to score in a loss to Arsenal before the break, but he scored six goals in his previous three starts. Only three teams in the Premier League have scored more goals that Manchester United (58). The Red Devils host Watford, who are firmly in the top half of the table despite a negative goal differential on the season. We should see a high scoring game in Manchester. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-29-19 | New York v. Toronto FC OVER 2.5 | 0-4 | Win | 100 | 1 h 25 m | Show
This is a 5* play on over 2.5. Toronto FC is looking for it's first ever 3-0 start to a season, and they scored a total of six goals in their first two games. New York City FC is still in search of it's first win, coming in with three draws so far this season. Two of those games ended with a final score of 2-2, and the other was a 0-0 draw in bad weather against DC United. In five head to head meetings since 2016, these teams have scored a combined 4+ goals in four of those five matches. The exception was a 2-1 home win for New York City at Yankee Stadium last season. I expect plenty of goals here in Toronto. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-28-19 | Canadiens v. Blue Jackets UNDER 5.5 | Top | 2-6 | Loss | -100 | 24 h 6 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on MTL@CBJ to go Under the total. I bet on Montreal in their last game, and here is what I said prior to the opening faceoff: "The Habs are barely holding on in the Wild Card race, and the Columbus Blue Jackets are hot on their heels. They can't afford to leave any points on the table here in a home game against Florida." They went on to open up a 5-0 lead in the second period, and won by a score of 6-1. Tonight's game will be the biggest game of the year for both teams, as the winner is almost surely in the playoffs while the loser will likely be eliminated. These teams have a history of playing close, low scoring games. Six of the last seven head to head meetings have gone under the total, and four of those games were decided by just one goal. The Habs have wone five of their last eight, and have only lost once by more than one goal during that span. Six of those games failed to reach the total. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-28-19 | Diamondbacks v. Dodgers UNDER 7.5 | 5-12 | Loss | -115 | 37 h 39 m | Show
This is an 8* play on ARI@LAD to go Under the total. The Dodgers really broke out offensively in 2018, leading the National League in runs scored. They could take a step back this year after losing Manny Machado, Matt Kemp, Yasmani Grandal and Yasiel Puig. Hyun-Jin Ryu will toe the slab for LA on Opening Day, and he was lights out at home last year. Ryu was solid this Spring, and he was 5-2 with a 1.15 ERA at home in 2018. The D'Backs hand the ball to former Dodger Zack Greinke, who has torched the Dodgers since his arrival in Arizona. Greinke was 3-1 with a 3.86 ERA in four starts against the Dodgers last year. The D'Backs have gone under in four of his last five road starts. The Dodgers have failed to reach the total in eight of their last nine home games. Take Under. GL,

03-28-19 | Mets v. Nationals UNDER 7 | 2-0 | Win | 100 | 47 h 46 m | Show
This is an 8* play on NYM@WAS to go under the total. The Washington Nationals will hope that life goes on without Bryce Harper, and they should be in good shape on Opening Day with Mad Max Scherzer on the mound. Scherzer won a National League best 18 games last year, and he had the third lowest ERA (2.53). He was 10-3 with a 2.51 ERA at home, and he's 6-2 with a 2.59 ERA in his last nine starts against the Mets. New York's lineup is batting a combined .197 against Scherzer. The Mets hand the ball to Jacob deGrom, who comes in as the reigning Cy Young winner. He had a major league best 1.70 ERA last season. deGrom is 5-2 with a 2.30 ERA in his last eight starts against the Mets. The Mets team batting average of .234 ranked 29th in the majors last year, and they finished Spring Training with the fewest runs scored in the Grapefruit League. Take Under. GL,

03-24-19 | Cal-Irvine v. Oregon OVER 123.5 | 54-73 | Win | 100 | 18 h 41 m | Show
This is an 8* play on UCI@ORE to go Over the total. The Ducks are coming off a 72-54 win over Wisconsin in the first round, shooting 54.9 percent from the field and 7-of-15 (46.7%) from beyond the arc. They will look to keep it rolling against UC Irvine, and they have a history of beating up on the Anteaters. The Ducks have won all five meetings dating back to 2006, covering the spread in in four of those five games. The most recent meeting was a 78-63 Oregon win back in 2015. The Anteaters love the three ball, and they nailed nine of 23 attempts in their win over Kansas State. The over is 5-1 in Anteaters last SIX overall, and they have gone over in four of their last five versus teams from the PAC12. The Ducks have gone over in eight of their last 10 versus teams from the Big West. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-22-19 | Thunder v. Raptors UNDER 226.5 | 116-109 | Win | 100 | 9 h 39 m | Show
This is an 8* play on OKC@TOR to go Under the total. The Raptors won't have their starting PG Kyle Lowry tonight at home in the second game of a home and home versus Oklahoma City. They beat the Thunder 123-114 in overtime on Wednesday, and it was a low scoring game in regulation. The Thunder really need to get back on track, they are in danger of slipping all the way to the 8th seed and playing Golden State in the first round. The under is 10-4 in the Thunder's last 14 overall, and they have failed to reach the total in five of their last seven road games. History favors OKC here as the road team has covered in seven of the last eight head to head meetings. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-22-19 | Wild v. Capitals UNDER 6 | 2-1 | Win | 100 | 8 h 12 m | Show
This is an 8* play on MIN@WAS to go Under the total. The Washington Capitals are in a battle with the Islanders for first place in the Metropolitan Division, while the Minnesota Wild are gunning for one of the Wild Card spots in the Western Conference. In a high stakes battle in the nation's capital, we expect scoring chances to be at a premium tonight. The under is 5-1-1 in the Wild's last seven games as a road underdog. The under is 5-2-1 in the Wild's last eight road games. The under is 6-2-1 in the Capitals last 9 home games versus teams with a winning road record. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

03-22-19 | Washington v. Utah State UNDER 135.5 | 78-61 | Loss | -105 | 8 h 53 m | Show
This is an 8* play on WAS@USU to go Under the total. The Washington Huskies are coming off a 68-48 loss to Oregon in the PAC12 Final. They will play Utah State in the first round of the NCAA Tournament, and Utah State comes in as winners of 10 straight. The Aggies can play defense, and they proved that by beating San Diego State 64-57 in the Mountain West Final. The under is 5-1 in Huskies last six non-conference games, and they have failed to reach the total in five of their last six at neutral sites. The Aggies have failed to reach the total in six of their last seven games at the NCAA Tournament. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

03-21-19 | Avalanche v. Stars UNDER 5.5 | 3-1 | Win | 100 | 29 h 56 m | Show
This is an 8* play on COL@DAL to go Under the total. An empty net goal cost me in the Stars last home game, and this is what I said prior to their win over Florida: "The Dallas Stars have played themselves into a Wild Card spot, but they need to keep stringing wins together if they want to make the playoffs. They host the Florida Panthers, a team that isn't in the hunt for the playoffs. The Under is 20-4-2 in the Stars last 26 games as a favorite of -110 to -150. The under is 20-5-3 in the Stars last 28 versus teams from the Eastern Conference. Dallas ranks 2nd overall in the NHL in goals against, and Ben Bishop leads all goaltenders with a .933 save percentage. He ranks 2nd with a 2.05 GAA. He missed the last few games with a lower body injury, but is expected to return tonight to face the Panthers." I'll get right back on the under here in tonight's game versus the Avs, another team facing a must win. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-21-19 | Flyers v. Blackhawks UNDER 7 | 3-1 | Win | 100 | 29 h 55 m | Show
This is an 8* play on PHI@CHI to go Under the total. These are two of the highest scoring teams in the NHL, and neither team has been very successful keeping the puck out of their own net. The bookmakers have set the total accordingly (7), and I expect to see an increased focus on defense here in a game where one of these teams will emerge with a legitimate chance to make the playoffs. Chicago is just four points back in the West, and the Hawks have two games in hand. Take UNDER. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-21-19 | Islanders v. Canadiens UNDER 5.5 | 0-4 | Win | 100 | 28 h 56 m | Show
This is an 8* play on NYI@MTL to go Under the total. My total of the year was a winner on under 5.5 the last time these teams met. Here is what I said prior to the game: "The Habs are barely holding on in the Wild Card race, and the Columbus Blue Jackets are hot on their heels. They can't afford to leave any points on the table, and they might be in for a battle here at the Islanders. New York has allowed fewer goals than any other team in the NHL this season. Carey Price has really stepped up his game for Montreal, winning three of his last five starts and allowing just four goals in those three games. The Islanders goaltending situation is pretty secure, with Ronin Lehner rankling in the Top 5 of the NHL in GAA and save percentage, and backup Thomas Greiss coming off a 31 save shutout. Greiss also ranks in the Top 5 in both those categories. Given that both these teams are engaged in heated battles for playoff position, we should expect scoring chances to be few and far between in tonight's game." Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-21-19 | Coyotes v. Panthers UNDER 6 | 2-4 | Push | 0 | 27 h 27 m | Show
This is an 8* play on ARI@FLA to go Under the total. Nobody expected Arizona to threaten for a playoff spot this year, but with just a handful of game left the Coyotes occupy the eighth seed and final playoff spot in the Western Conference. Every game from here on out will be a must win for the teams battling for those final spots, and Arizona catches the Florida Panthers in their first game back from a road trip. The under is 15-5-2 in the Coyotes last 22 versus the Eastern Conference.The Coyotes are 4-0 in their last four games as a road underdog of +110 to +150. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-21-19 | Belmont v. Maryland UNDER 147.5 | 77-79 | Loss | -106 | 16 h 40 m | Show

|||||||
03-20-19 | Arizona State v. St. John's UNDER 153.5 | 74-65 | Win | 100 | 16 h 18 m | Show
This is an 8* play on SJU@ASU to go Under the total. The St. John's Red Storm come into their First Four matchup versus Arizona State as losers of four of their last five. They scored just 54 points in a loss to Marquette in the Big East Tournament. Arizona State won six of seven prior to an overtime loss to Oregon in the PAC12 Tournament. The Sun Devils have failed to reach the total in five of their last seven overall, and the under is 5-1 in their last six non conference games. St. John's has failed to reach the total in five straight versus teams with a winning record. I expect both these teams to step it up on defense in a do or die game. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-19-19 | Panthers v. Stars UNDER 5.5 | Top | 2-4 | Loss | -110 | 28 h 30 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on FLA@DAL to go Under the total. The Dallas Stars have played themselves into a Wild Card spot, but they need to keep stringing wins together if they want to make the playoffs. He missed the last few games with a lower body injury, but is expected to return tonight to face the Panthers. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

03-19-19 | 76ers v. Hornets UNDER 224.5 | Top | 118-114 | Loss | -107 | 26 h 16 m | Show |
This is an 8* play on PHI@CHA to go Under the total. The Charlotte Hornets are only 2.5 games out of first place in the Southeast, but they are going to have to play a lot better than they did in their last game if they want to make the playoffs. Charlotte scored just 75 points in a loss at Miami on Sunday. The good news for the the Hornets is that they do play a lot better at home. Philly is coming off a big win over the Bucks in Milwaukee, but that could set them up for a let down here in Charlotte. Prior to upsetting the Bucks on Sunday, the Sixers had lost back to back road games at Chicago and Houston. The Sixers have failed to reach the total in eight of their last 10 overall, and four of their last five on the road. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-17-19 | Los Angeles FC v. New York OVER 2.5 | Top | 2-2 | Win | 100 | 14 h 28 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on LAFC@NYFC to go Over the total. LAFC was one of the highest scoring teams in the MLS last year, and they are coming off a 4-1 home win over Portland last week. New York FC opened the season with a 2-2 draw versus Orlando, but they played to a 0-0 draw last week versus DC United. These teams have only met once in the MLS, playing to a 2-2 draw. New York finished in third in the Eastern Conference last year, and this team has plenty of goal scoring talent. We should see an exciting game here at Yankee Stadium. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-16-19 | Oregon v. Washington OVER 121 | Top | 68-48 | Loss | -110 | 13 h 26 m | Show |

03-15-19 | Mississippi State v. Tennessee UNDER 147 | 76-83 | Loss | -125 | 11 h 31 m | Show
This is an 8* play on MISST@TENN to go Under the total. History tells us we should expect scoring to be hard to come by when these two SEC rivals meet in Nashville in the conference tournament tonight. Not only have these two teams failed to reach the total in four straight head to head meetings, Mississippi State has failed to score 60 points in each of the last three meetings. The Bulldogs have failed to reach the total in eight of their last 10 overall, and the under is 6-1 in their last seven neutral site games. Tennessee is coming off a loss to Auburn in it's final game of the season, and the Vols have gone under in five straight games following a loss. Of the four games played at Bridgestone Arena yesterday, three of those games saw fewer than 140 combined points. It's not uncommon to see low scores at venues that don't normally host basketball games. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-14-19 | Canadiens v. Islanders UNDER 5.5 | Top | 1-2 | Win | 100 | 22 h 56 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on MTL@NYI to go Under the total. The Habs are barely holding on in the Wild Card race, and the Columbus Blue Jackets are hot on their heels. Given that both these teams are engaged in heated battles for playoff position, we should expect scoring chances to be few and far between in tonight's game. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-11-19 | Hurricanes v. Avalanche UNDER 6 | 3-0 | Win | 109 | 10 h 15 m | Show
This is an 8* play on CAR@COL to go Under the total. Two teams battling for a Wild Card spot will meet in Denver tonight, and this game should have a playoff feel to it. The bookmakers have set the total a little too high as far as I am concerned. These two teams have a history of playing low scoring games, failing to reach the total in seven of the last eight head to head meetings. The under is 5-2 in Avalanche last seven versus teams with a winning record, and 7-3-1 in the Avs last 11 in the third game of a 3-in-4 days situation. The Avs might want to roll with backup netminder Philip Grubauer, who is coming off a 3-0 shutout win over the Sabres. The 27 year old has two shutouts in his last five appearances, and has allowed just three goals during that span. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-11-19 | Blue Jackets v. Islanders UNDER 6 | Top | 0-2 | Win | 100 | 8 h 29 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on CBJ@NYI to go Under the total. The Columbus Blue Jackets come into New York desperately needing to string a few wins together. They went all in at the trade deadline, not only keeping Artemi Panarin and Sergei Bobrovsky, but also trading for Matt Duschene and Ryan Dzingel. They currently sit in the final Wild Card spot in the East, but they are tied on points with ninth place Montreal. The Islanders are ranked 1st overall in the NHL in goals against, allowing 2.4 goals per game. We should expect a low scoring game between two teams jockeying for playoff position. The under is 4-0 in the Blue Jackets last four road games, and 11-5-1 in the Blue Jackets last 17 games as a road underdog. The under is 18-5-3 in the Islanders last 26 versus teams with a winning record. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-11-19 | Kings v. Wizards UNDER 240 | 115-121 | Win | 100 | 8 h 15 m | Show
This is an 8* play on SAC@WAS to go Under the total. Both these teams are on the outside looking in when it comes to the playoffs, but either team could be right back in the mix if they could string a few wins together. Sacramento comes in as winners of two of their last three, although both those wins came against the New York Knicks. Washington has lost seven of their last 10 overall, and they don't really look like a team that is trying to make the playoffs. These teams have failed to reach the total in six of the last nine head to head meetings, and the total for tonight's game is higher than it was in all of those nine games. The under is 5-1 in the last six meetings in Washington, and the under is 9-2-1 in Kings last 12 road games. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-10-19 | Portland v. Los Angeles FC OVER 2.5 | 1-4 | Win | 100 | 17 h 50 m | Show
This is a 7* play on Over 2.5. The Portland Timbers played one of the most exciting matches in Week 1, in the coldest game in the history of the MLS. It was a 3-3 tie against the Colorado Rapids. The Timbers won't have to worry about the weather this week, playing LAFC in Los Angeles. LAFC was the highest scoring team in the Western Conference last season, with 68 goals in 34 matches. The last time these teams met, LAFC won by a score of 3-2 last July. Both these clubs have seen at least three goals combined in four of their last five matches. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-10-19 | SMU v. South Florida UNDER 134.5 | 77-71 | Loss | -109 | 13 h 23 m | Show
This is an 8* play on SMU@USF to go Under the total. The South Florida Bulls will play their final home game against a struggling SMU Mustangs team. History favors the Mustangs, who have been one of the top teams in the conference over the years. That hasn't been the case this year though, and I think the bookmakers have given SMU too much love here. The Mustangs come in as losers of nine of their last 10 overall, including a home loss to South Florida. They are 2-7 on the road, and they have lost five straight away games. They have averaged just 61.6 points in their last five games, and South Florida plays strong defense at home. The Mustangs have failed to cover in four of their last five at USF, and six of the last eight meetings between the two teams have gone under the total. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-09-19 | Minnesota United v. San Jose OVER 3 | 3-0 | Push | 0 | 19 h 14 m | Show
This is a 7* play on MIN@SJ to go Over the total. The San Jose Earthquakes are coming off a 2-1 loss to Montreal in their season debut, and they will hope for a better result as they host Minnesota United on Saturday. Minnesota upset the White Caps in Vancouver in their season opener, winning by a score of 3-2. Only Orlando allowed more goals (74) than the 71 allowed by both Minnesota and San Jose last season. These two teams faced each other twice in 2018, and they scored a combined nine goals in those games. The Earthquakes have won back to back home games versus Minnesota both by the same score of 3-2. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-09-19 | Kings v. Coyotes UNDER 5.5 | Top | 2-4 | Loss | -125 | 18 h 32 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on LAK@ARI to go Under the total. The Arizona Coyotes are making a furious run for the post season, and they come into tonight's home game against LA as winners of seven of their last eight. Six of those eight games went under the total. They have been getting great goaltending from 28 year old Darcy Kuemper, who is 10-4-1 with a 2.25 GAA in his last 15 starts. Kuemper will face his former team tonight, and LA has lost back to back games and has only scored one goal during that span. The Kings rank 30th in the NHL in scoring, and they have scored two goals or less in seven of their last 10 overall. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-08-19 | Canadiens v. Ducks UNDER 5.5 | 2-8 | Loss | -110 | 19 h 17 m | Show
This is an 8* play on MTL@ANA to go Under the total. The Habs are barely holding on in the Wild Card race, and the Columbus Blue Jackets are hot on their heels. They can't afford to leave any points on the table, and they might be catching the Anaheim Ducks at a good time. The Ducks have won two of three since leading scorer Ryan Getzlaf returned to the lineup, but the 33 year old has not registered a point in those games. The Ducks are just 3-11 in their last 14 home game, while the Habs are 6-1 in their last 7 games as a road favorite. Carey Price gets the night off Thursday in San Jose, which allows him to come in for a more favorable start against Anaheim. Price is 3-0 in his last three road starts, allowing a total of four goals in those games. He allowed one goal in a win over the Ducks earlier this season. Take Under. GL,Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-08-19 | Pistons v. Bulls UNDER 218.5 | 112-104 | Win | 100 | 17 h 22 m | Show
This is an 8* play on DET@CHI to go Under the total. Well it's that time of year again! The NBA Playoffs are right around the corner, and a handful of teams will fight like cats and dogs to get in. This normally results in tighter, lower scoring games down the stretch for these teams that are on the bubble. One such team is the Detroit Pistons, who currently sit in sixth place in the East. The Pistons have won six of their last seven overall, and 10 of their last 12. They rank in the Top 10 in the NBA in scoring defense, and they have gone under in 10 of their last 14 when playing on one day's rest. They held Cleveland to just 93 points in their last road game. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-08-19 | Mavs v. Magic UNDER 213.5 | 106-111 | Loss | -106 | 16 h 19 m | Show
This is an 8* play on DAL@ORL to go Under the total. Well it's that time of year again! The NBA Playoffs are right around the corner, and a handful of teams will fight like cats and dogs to get in. This normally results in tighter, lower scoring games down the stretch for these teams that are on the bubble. One such team is the Orlando Magic, who sit just one game back of Miami for first place in the Southeast. They might just have to win the division if they want to make the playoffs, making tonight's game against the Mavs a "must win". The Mavs come in as losers of eight of their last nine, and they rank 22nd in the NBA in scoring. The under is 14-4 in the Mavs last 18 versus Eastern Conference teams, while Orlando has failed to reach the total in five of their last six overall. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-08-19 | Wizards v. Hornets UNDER 234 | 111-112 | Win | 100 | 16 h 18 m | Show
This is an 8* play on WAS@CHA to go Under the total. Well it's that time of year again! The NBA Playoffs are right around the corner, and a handful of teams will fight like cats and dogs to get in. This normally results in tighter, lower scoring games down the stretch for these teams that are on the bubble. One such team is the Charlotte Hornets, who sit just one game out of first place in the Southeast. They might have to win the division to make it into the playoffs, and that makes tonight's game against Washington a "must win". Charlotte is coming off a 91-84 home loss to Miami, and I expect tonight's game to be another battle against a division rival. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-07-19 | Temple v. Connecticut UNDER 145 | 78-71 | Loss | -110 | 16 h 17 m | Show
This is an 8* play on TEM@UCONN to go Under the total. The Huskies come into their final home game off a solid win over South Florida. That snapped a six game losing skid, but Connecticut had been quite competitive during that losing streak. They lost by two at Wichita State, lost by four at home versus Cincinnati, and both of those games were low scoring defensive battles. We should expect another low scoring battle here tonight, especially given that UCONN has gone under in nine of it's last 10 overall. They have failed to reach the total in 10 of their last 11 home games, and four of Temple's last five at UCONN have gone under the total. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-06-19 | Blues v. Ducks UNDER 5.5 | Top | 5-4 | Loss | -136 | 20 h 50 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on STL@ANA to go Under the total. The Ducks are playing the role of spoiler, coming off back to back wins against two teams fighting to get into the playoffs (Arizona and Colorado). Both of those games went under the total. and goaltenders Ryan Miller and John Gibson each allowed just one goal. Jordan Binnington is having a fantastic rookie season for the Blues, with a record of 13-5-1 and a 1.68 GAA. The under is 18-8-2 in the Blues last 28 road games, and the under 15-6 in the Ducks last 21 as a home underdog. The under is 18-6-2 in the Ducks last 26 games playing on 0 days rest. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |

03-05-19 | Mississippi State v. Tennessee UNDER 145.5 | 54-71 | Win | 100 | 8 h 18 m | Show
This is an 8* play on MISST@TENN to go Under the total. The Vols might need to win out if they want to win the SEC. They are currently tied with LSU, and just a game ahead of the Kentucky Wildcats. They host the Mississippi State Bulldogs tonight, looking to extend their perfect 17-0 home record. Tennessee has allowed just over 61 points per game at home, and they held Kentucky to just 52 points on Saturday. The Vols are 8-2 straight up in their last 10 versus Mississippi State, and four of the last five head to head meetings have gone under the total. Take Under. GL, Jesse Schule |
|||||||
03-03-19 | Atlanta United v. DC United OVER 2.75 | Top | 0-2 | Loss | -118 | 19 h 23 m | Show |
This is a 10* play on Over 2.5. Defending MLS champs Atlanta will begin their season on the road at DC United. Heading into this match, Atlanta played two matches in CONCACAF Champions League and a friendly versus LAFC. All three of those games saw at least four goals. Last year's leading scorer in MLS Josef Martinez scored twice in Atlanta's last match. Each of the last three meetings between Atlanta and DC United have ended with a score of 3-1. We should expect plenty of goals here in this season opening match. Take Over. GL, Jesse Schule |
